This magnificent apartment with capacity for 6 people is located in the Malagueta area, the best known beach in the capital of Malaga, with a strategic location just a step away from the city center.
It is a single-storey apartment, decorated to the smallest detail, with a functional and practical distribution, taking care of guest comfort. Upon accessing the house we find a spacious and bright living room, which has 2 sofas, in addition to a dining table with capacity for 6 people. The kitchen has fabulous sea views and is fully equipped with everything you need for day to day.

The picture in the ad. was not the flat we were in, but no less nice. May not be suitable for anyone with mobility problems, as the shortest route to the Passeo Reding is a steep flight of steps. Although door to the block is on Calle Ibarra and a car can be driven right to the door.

1)not clean -photos don’t match the reality -dirty sheets -dirty blankets -pillows torn -Baby cot didn’t look clean -kitchen not clean -bathrooms not cleaned properly (toothbrush cup very dirty, looks like there is mold) -air vents are taped with cardboard and tape 2)misrepresentation of quality in photos (the photos look much nicer that what the apartment actually is) 3)loud construction zone
A lakás elrendezése, berendezése nagyon jó volt. Mosó és mosogatógép működött, ami nagyon fontos volt számunkra. Közel a tenger, bolt, éttermek.
Az ágyak sajnos nagyon nyikorogtak, mozogtak, egy felújítás rájuk férne. a klímát csak egy helyen lehetett szabályozni, ami nem mindenkinek volt mindig kényelmes megoldás. Az 5 fős családból ketten elég komoly légúti problémákkal megbetegedtünk. Véleményünk szerint nem volt a klíma takarítva. Az internetes képekhez képest kicsit már kopottabb a berendezés, de tükrözi a valóságot.

L’interaction avec l’hôte Lago. Il était excellent et d’une utilité incroyable.
L’accès à un stationnement était mission impossible. Il fallait payer 30 euro par jour dans un stationnement public alors que l’établissement a une place de stationnement. Nous lui avons demandé mais notre demande a été refusée. Très important: si vous arrivez à l’appartement vers 8 heures PM, l’établissement t’oblige à payer 30 euro ce que nous avons fait cash. Nous avons cela inacceptable de leur part . Aucun balcon ni terrasse dans l’appartement. Les photos ne reflète pas l’appartement que nous avions eu malheureusement.
Great location 5 min walk to beach 15 min walk to city centre 20 min walk along beach to harbour Quiet and safe location Good facilities available for example washing machine and dryer large apartment lifts are available Host 10 out 10 so helpful and always on hand
The bathroom, ensuite and kitchen could do with some modernising. Property is located on a steep hill I didn’t mind this but for anyone with mobility issues may be a problem

Es waren zu viele Betreuerinnen vor Ort - man wusste nicht wer wofür zuständig ist. Sie haben versucht ihr Bestes zu geben.
Es ist ein sehr altes Wohnhaus, genau daneben war eine Baustelle wo ein komplett neuer Wohnblock gebaut wird. Die Wohnung ist sehr alt - man hat sie neu renoviert - leider ist im Bad das Wasser beim WC unten rausgekommen. Die versprochene Heizung hat auch nicht funktioniert und es ist in Spanien in den Wohnungen mit Marmorboden sehr kalt. Da wir viel tagsüber unterwegs waren und nur kurzen Urlaub hatte, wollte ich nicht ständig auf Handwerker warten um dies oder jenes zu reparieren lassen. Leider waren es noch die Festtage und es kam leider nie jemand um die Heizung in Stand zu setzen. Wir besorgten uns privat einen kleinen Elektro-Ofen.
