Respecto a la capacidad del apartamento, cabe a resaltar que este cuenta con 4 dormitorios, cada uno con cama de matrimonio, lo que permite alojar a 8 personas cómodamente. Además, disponemos de una cama supletoria oculta que puede acomodar a una persona más, por lo que la capacidad máxima es de 9 personas. Toda esta información está detallada en nuestra página web para que nuestros huéspedes puedan tomar decisiones informadas antes de su reserva.

First off, the communication prior to and after arriving was incredible. Imstructions and directions were clear. Fernando was there to welcome us to the building and he even helped us take our luggage up. This is a huge bonus when traveling in a foreign country. The location and price was excellent for our purpose. Right next to a taxi stand for easy travel to Alhambra. There was plenty of food and shops within walking distance including a park, a mall and an American style restaurant. The apartment was spacious with multiple balconies. The locked door into the building made us feel safe. Elevator a bonus. Despite the issues, we would stay here again and really want to come back to Granada.
Overall the maintenance and cleanliness of the apartment were not up to par with the upscale feel of the building. There were a number of light bulbs burnt out in the kitchen and bathrooms. Two of the bathroom door knobs were broken and didn´t function properly. In the ensuite shower there was a large clump of black hair on the wall and mold visible on the exhaust vent. The dryer tank was full of water and lint trap was not cleaned. Lastly, the wifi in the apartment does not reach two of the bedrooms.

El piso es muy grande 4 hab.3 baños super amplio y luminoso, dobles ventanas para el ruido, aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones y comedor, cocina equipada con menaje para todos los huespedes nosotros 8. Muy bien situado en el centro a 2 min. del metro recogidas si se llega en tren a granada y a 10-15 min. andando de todos los puntos turisticos de interes. Parada de taxi en la puerta, supermercado y tiendas de todo tipo al lado. Bar silhantro abajo por si no tenéis ganas de cocinar menu estupendo por 12 € y churros con chocolate buenisimos. Muy buena comunicación con los propietarios del piso para solventar temas y predisposición para todo.

Internet por momentos inestable y con alcance limitado a las habitaciones lejanas. Si vas en auto el parking más cercano cuesta €21 por día. Y no hay estacionamiento libre durante el día. Pero nada de esto es un problema. Lo disfrutamos muchísimo.

Clean, spacious apartment with excellent modern facilities. Great location - quiet, within walking distance of the city centre, taxi rank on the street outside if needed for longer journeys such as the Alhambra, supermarket opposite, small cafe serving a basic breakfast next door and plenty of restaurants, bars and cafes in the surrounding area.
Nothing, other than a minor problem with leaking shower head in one of the bathrooms

Cleaning could be better. We found playtoys under the bed which probably belong to someone that stayed before us. Other parts was perfectly clean!

Alojamiento muy bien ubicado, en el centro; decorada con todo lujo de detalles y habitaciones muy comodas y espaciosas.
Lo único que hemos echado de menos es un microondas.
Los detalles combinando el pasado con lo moderno.

Handles falling off doors so bathroom doors couldn’t be closed: balcony patio door broken so couldn’t be used and no patio furniture supplied: main sofa falling apart. One very dangerous power point. Contacted the agent within a few minutes of our arrival as my 82 year old father got locked in the bathroom. Was told that someone would attend on Monday to fix doors but never heard another word from anyone. Very disappointed with agent response.
