Modern apartment located in the heart of Granada, very close to Plaza Isabel La Católica and a few minutes from the most emblematic places in the city. It is a very bright 180m² apartment, with 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and decorated with great detail. It also has central air conditioning with independent temperature control per room, high-speed fiber optics and Wi-Fi in all rooms.
Upon entering the apartment we find a spacious and bright hall, from it we access the living room that has a sofa, Smart TV, side table and a large dining table with chairs with capacity for up to 8 people. In the living room there are two large windows that bring a lot of light into the room and give access to the large 19m² terrace that occupies the entire side of the apartment and has outdoor furniture.
From the living room we access the corridor where the rest of the rooms are distributed. To the left we find the first bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, TV and complete bathroom en suite with shower. To the right we find the second bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe, desk with chair and sliding doors that provide plenty of light and also give access to the terrace.
To the right we find the third bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe, desk with chair and sliding doors that give access to the terrace.
Continuing down the corridor, to the left we find a second door that gives access to the kitchen, which is fully equipped and has a dining table and chairs for up to 6 people. From the kitchen there is access to the laundry room.
In front of the kitchen we find the third bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe, desk with chair and a large window.
At the end of the corridor we find the door of the last bedroom and the door of the bathroom. This last bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, TV, double sliding door that gives access to the terrace and a full en-suite bathroom with shower.
Thanks to its privileged situation, you can visit the main monuments of the city on foot: Cathedral, Royal Chapel, Alcaicería, etc. In this area we also find numerous shops and restaurants where you can enjoy the gastronomy of the city.
