Le hall d’entrée de l’appartement sert de zone de distribution. Sur la gauche, nous avons une grande cuisine, parfaite pour préparer de grands déjeuners ou dîners, avec un espace pour cuisiner confortablement et avec une table au centre idéale pour le petit déjeuner.

Localização perfeita. As fotos são compatíveis com o que encontramos no apartamento. É realmente um apartamento muito espaçoso, com conforto, possui todos os utensílios domésticos. Fomos no verão, e por isso tivemos que utilizamos o ar condicionado e funcionou perfeitamente. Foi uma estadia ótima. Com certeza se voltarmos a Sevilla vamos procurar ficar novamente nesse apartamento.
Gostamos de tudo. Talvez faria uma sugestão, o terraço estava sem o guarda sol montado na mesa que estava disponível, é muito quente no verão e isso fez com que não conseguíssemos utilizar essa área integrativa.

El calor que pasamos el 1 dia , tvimos sn aire acondicionado bastante tiempo , despues hacia un ruido que no dejaba descansar a nadie , la limpieza horrible , a los 4 dias vinieron a hacer limpieza y cambiar las sabanas y toallas y ya n volvieron , dpues estabamos sn pastillas para el lavavajillas , sin papel higienico en la habitacion principal ,un autentico desastre, para aparcar es horrible .Nos fuimos antes d la fecha xq stabamos incomodos .No volvere sin duda .

Lamento mucho que su estancia no haya sido lo que esperabas. Entiendo sus preocupaciones y quiero aclarar algunos puntos.
En relación al aire acondicionado, estuvimos varias veces en el apartamento revisándolo y cambiando su configuración. Inicialmente, estaba en modo calor, lo cual es inusual en esa temporada. Un compañero nuestro lo solucionó cambiándolo a modo frío.
Respecto al ruido del aire acondicionado, es cierto que puede hacer ruido si se configura con los ventiladores al máximo. Esto es algo común en muchos sistemas de aire acondicionado. Sentimos que esto haya afectado tu comodidad.
En cuanto a la limpieza, se realizó una limpieza intermedia durante tu estancia, y no teníamos programada otra limpieza en ese momento. Sin embargo, si había problemas de limpieza o suministros agotados, habríamos tomado medidas adicionales si hubiéramos sido informados.
Lamento sinceramente las molestias que esto haya causado y agradezco sus comentarios, ya que nos ayudan a mejorar nuestros servicios. Nuestra intención siempre es brindar una experiencia cómoda y agradable a nuestros huéspedes, y tomaremos medidas para abordar estos problemas en el futuro.

La casa è straordinaria, nuova, grande, pulita, calda, in una posizione centralissima. Eravamo un gruppo di sei persone, ci sono 3 camere da letto, di cui una singola, più un divano letto in salotto e 3 bagni. Se dovessi ritornare a Siviglia, la sceglierei di nuovo senza dubbio. Per chi come noi avesse bisogno di lasciare il bagaglio, dopo il check out, ci sono dei comodissimi depositi bagagli nelle vicinanze della casa, che con pochi euro ti consento di ovviare anche a questa problematica.
La ubicación, la estancia, todo! La chica que nos ayendio de la agencia además fue muy amable y estuvo muy pendiente de lo que pudieramos necesitar. Solo queda agradecerselo
Lo mejor del alojamiento fue el salón, las habitaciones y la terraza, muy grande, y la ubicación, justo a la espalda de Plaza Nueva. Fuimos a participar en una competición deportiva y por suerte nos dejaron salir un poco más tarde el día del check-out (aunque no nos lo dijeron hasta el día de antes), lo que nos fue de gran ayuda para poder recoger el apartamento y tomar una ducha antes del viaje de vuelta.
Nos cobraron 30€ extra por hacer el check-in a partir de las 21h, aun avisando con casi un mes de antelación y viajando desde Madrid un viernes (difícil llegar antes de las 21h teniendo que trabajar), alegando que el dinero es para la persona que hace entrega de las llaves... Con estas condiciones, sugeriría a Booking que obligue al anfitrión a incluirlo en la tarifa.

En cuanto al horario de llegada y salida de los huéspedes, ofrecemos la posibilidad de salir más tarde del apartamento siempre y cuando no haya una entrada prevista para ese mismo día, ya que nuestro equipo debe dejar preparado el apartamento para la llegada de los próximos huéspedes, y nuestro horario de llegada es hasta las 21.00 h. Esta información está disponible online antes de confirmar la reserva. Nos alegra saber que en esta ocasión hemos podido satisfacer su petición de dejar el apartamento mas tardes y lamentamos si el coste adicional de la llegada después del horario establecido a su grupo ha causado algún inconveniente.
Una vez más le agradecemos su amable opinión de nuestro apartamento y esperamos poder servirle de nuevo en el futuro.

Есть одна проблема - очень громкая работа встроенного кондиционера/вентиляции - надо что-то делать с этим. Если бы не это - были бы идеальные апартаменты.

Beautful apartment with excellent floor plan, exceptionally clean and fully furnished, including the well- Stocked kitchen with convenient eat-in facilities besides the dining room. No glitches with appliances, Including individually controllable room air-conditioning. Finally, quick response to any questions or pro- Blems that occurred.
The lack of wastepaper baskets in the living room, dining room and bedrooms was mildly annoying and Could easily and inexpensively be rectified.
This flat was perfect for a group of five of us, three separate rooms and bathrooms made the living easy. Our flight arrived late and Lola was outside ready to show us around. Was worried about aircon following recent reviews but needn’t have worried. Keep the shutters shut during the hot part of the day and the A/C will be fine! We turned the A/C off when we went out and restarted when we got in and it was fine. Location is literally perfect, 10 mins walk from all the monuments and great to head back to at the hot part of the afternoon!! Spar shop two mins down the road and taxis available at Plaza Nueva. Thankyou to the staff who organised the airport transfers. Would recommend to all.👍👏🇪🇸😎
If I was super picky and this is super picky, some provisions would have been welcome. Water or juice in the fridge, a lemon cake from the Spar maybe. As I say this in no way changes my 10/10 review but would be the icing on the cake as we arrived late Saturday and shops didn’t open till 10.30 on Sunday.

A very comfortable property on a quiet street in the centre of Saville. The property is very tastefully furnished with a large, well equipped roof terrace.
The wooden floor at the top of the stairs by the roof terrace door was damaged. The main bedroom door handle was broken and could have resulted in us being locked out of the bedroom. There were no dishwasher tablets which is annoying when you are only staying for few days and only really need one or two tablets but have to buy a whole box. All very minor issues, but this is one of the more expensive properties available to rent and so expectations are high. Having said that, none of the above detracted from a great long weekend break in Seville with the family during Semana Santa.
De locatie was perfect. Het was geweldig. Als ik toch een opmerking zou moeten maken. Het gesleep met koffers door de stad is altijd wel lastig omdat je laat kan inchecken en je de koffers niet daar kan stallen. Wij waren wat langer op deze locatie dus meer tijd. Maar ben je er maar kort kan ik me voorstellen dat je daardoor een andere accomedatie zou kiezen.
Casa equipada con mucho gusto a la par que funcional. Ubicación perfecta. Sábanas, toallas, equipamiento de cocina muy completo, salón y cocina muy amplios y cómodos..Y la terraza privada una gozada.
La manilla de una de las habitaciones estaba estropeada
La ubicación es perfecta para conocer Sevilla, muy céntrico con todo lo principal cerca. El apartamento se encuentra además muy limpio, cuidado, muy acogedor y con una terraza en el piso superior que resulta perfecta para disfrutar del sol sevillano. Buena atención por parte del personal que entrega las llaves y en general todo muy cómodo.
Le seul petit bémol, si je dois en donné un c´est l´isolation phonique avec la rue principale qui impacte uniquement la chambre donnant sur cette rue, du coup pour nous c´étais un petit peu bruyant car c´est la chambre qu´il nous fallait avec les bébés mais ça ne nous a pas empêché de dormir quand même. RAS pour les deux autres chambres en terme de bruit !!!
Die Wohnung hat drei Schlafzimmer und drei Bäder, ideal für eine große Familie oder Freunden. Grosses Wohnzimmer und Küche. Die Lage ist perfekt um die Stadt zu erkunden, eine Straße weiter ist die Plaza Nueva mit der Tramhaltestelle. Cafés und Restaurants sind in der Seitenstraße, ideal. Die Schlüsselübergabe war kein Problem, das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder.
