We stayed in Seville for two weeks and enjoyed this apartment very much. The interior was as represented in the pictures. There is an elevator. It was clean and well-maintained. The kitchen was well equipped, which made cooking easy. The appliances were very modern and worked well. We were pleased to have a washing machine and dishwasher. The patio has a lovely view and comfortable furniture.. Our guest relations manager from Genteel Home, Cristina, helped us a lot, and we appreciated her attentiveness. We would recommend this apartment for a couple who want to be in close proximity to the Cathedral and many bars and restaurants. It was a pleasure to stay here.
Very convenient to all amenities, nice sun terrace and patio area, comfortable bed and nice kitchen. The bed linen was changed twice a week along with towels. Great to have a lift to all Floors
Whilst the location was good, it was very noisy at night time as it’s on a main street and most shops have steel shutters that come down late at night.We did have to clean the shower on arrival, I would say good for a short stay rather than the month we did.
The door to the bathroom was really stiff ,it needs fixing ,as it woke everyone up when I needed to use the bathroom during the nite

Great walking distance to the cathedral area. The terrace is really nice and big with lovely views.
It was so noisy at night from the street and bar below. We aren’t the type to stay in, so we were also out the majority of the night but the noise continued until around 6.30am, it was crazy! We ended up having to take sleeping tablets on our 4th night as we had had 3 nights of no sleep. The shower also look around 5 mins on to warm up, which was slightly annoying.

Cleanliness was subpar, we had to ask for it to be cleaned again, the bathroom felt especially not clean, corners in the shower…lighting in the bathroom was poor, it had a sensor but agter minutes it goes off and for it to go back on you need to turn down the switch again… We were asked in advance the details of our arrival (time transportation means etc) we arrived at 11:30 and wanted to leave our bags before 3pm (check-in time) so I texted days in advance to request it, they said to please text back the morning of our arrival which I did, then to text them upon arrival…upon arrival they said they could not tell us yet if this was possible…we lost like 2hrs waiting for them. When we arrived to the apartment we see a luggage locker right next to the apartment, they could habe told us this and save us time. Also doorbell did not work.

Location, elevator, A/C, very comfortable bed, facilities (washing machine, clothes airer, electric fan), excellent wifi, 2 keys, bottle of water on arrival, complimentary shampoo/shower gel, patio/terrace. The place was spotless and the bed linen and towels were refereshed half way through our stay.
Reluctant to say a negative, and these are so minor, but I think the owners are probably going to refresh the cushions and give it a lick of paint-it´s not something that bothered us and didn´t take from our enjoyment at all. Would absolutley recommend this gorgeous spot.

Absolutely fantastic location in the heart of Seville. Terrace was superb with views of the jaw dropping cathedral which was about 100m away. Easy to park the car in an underground car park on the main road that runs along the river which was only a 5min walk away.

The apartment at first glance does not look bad but then staying there for 3 days was tiring, excluding the very positive side of the terrace. Many things not working (e.g. 2 lights). The bathroom by our standards was dirty, especially the toilet seat cover had not been cleaned at all and was evident. Above the furniture and lots of dust on the floor, I doubt the floor had been washed before we arrived. Under the clean sheets, the pillows were obviously dirty. Sofa and crockery the same. Honestly, a clean person like us would never stay there again. We had to wait 24 hours for high chair and crib, both requested the days before our arrival.

This is the perfect apartment in the perfect location. Walk everywhere: the cathedral, tram, metro, tapas, bars, coffee, groceries, clothes shopping, etc. The two private roof decks are magical: the lower deck is great for people watching and the upper deck is great for lounging in the sun. My only criticism would be the hot water is very short lived, so we learned to take very short showers.

Fantastic appartment in a great location, with a stunning south facing roof terrace with plenty of very comfortable furniture, with temperatures of 16ºc and clear skies, it was bikini weather, so much so the top terrace was used later in the day as it was too warm on the lower terrace, would love to have spent a few more days here.
The appartment is a little tired and hasn´t been kept up to date, no champagne/cava glasses, multiple odd wine glasses (3), an ill maintained sliding door from the bedroom to bathroom (nocturnal trips would inevitably wake any partner), the toilet doesn´t properly stop filling, the shower head is old and gives a flow like a tap and shower combined, the underfloor heating in the bathroom doesn´t work (a small oil radiator provided) - but then the terrace was magnificent!

Respecto a guardarles el equipaje, lamentamos mucho las molestias, pero al no contar con recepción y tener otra reserva el día de su salida, no pudimos permitirle dejar las maletas en el apartamento más tiempo, por lo que le recomendamos una empresa ajena a nosotros que realiza función de consigna de maletas para que tuvieran una solución. Nos alegra saber que a pesar de esto han disfrutado de su estancia en Sevilla. Saludos

Great apartment in the best location for sightseeing. It met with our requirements.
We found the balcony terrace rather shabby and in need of a good refurbishment meaning floor tiles and walls/brickwork which was really grubby. The top level sun terrace was basic and the seating was bowed. The sun loungers had bird poo on. Considering there is a cleaning fee then surely these should be cleaned for next guest arrival - we didn´t use that facility. The noise from the street was such that I would advise any light sleeping guest to take earplugs - it is central in the city after all. Apart from these points it was an enjoyable stay. I´d give the apartment 10/10

Para quem vai de carro o estacionamento é um pouco distante, e foi mais caro do que havia sido dito inicialmente, mas não tira o brilho do apartamento que é nota 10

La situation exceptionnelle, en plein centre et proche de tout (visites, commerces, restaurants, ...). Appartement en dernier étage avec deux terrasses permettant de profiter de la vue et du soleil à tout moment de la journée. La propreté de l´appartement et de l´immeuble. L´accueil.
Peut être quelques sachets de thé à dispo mais franchement c’était top.
The location is fantastic - right in the heart of Sevilla and easy walking distance to all attractions and transport. Property was immaculately clean and air conditioning worked perfectly in the heat of summer. Balcony is also fabulous!
La posizione eccezionale,la terrazza grande dove si poteva mangiare. Cucina attrezzata molto bene e un bel condominio
Il divano letto in soggiorno doveva essere per due persone ma era veramente piccolo. L´aria condizionata centralizzata funzionava solo in una stanza
La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas dans le salon où se situait le canapé lit.Heureusement qu´ il y avait un ventilateur avec 42 degrés dehors...Les odeurs dans la salle de bains probablement accentuées avec la chaleur.
El ruido a en la calle de los coches por la mañana puede ser un problema para quién le guste la tranquilidad. Por otra parte es normal ya que está en el mismo centro.

The apartment was very comfortable - it is compact but perfectly adequate for a couple and you have everything that you need within the apartment. We enjoyed using the terrace in the afternoons - even in February it was warm enough to sit outside!
There was a little bit of street noise, which is to be expected when staying so centrally, but I am a light sleeper and it was fine.
I would definitely recommend staying at this apartment.
However, for this property to retain it´s luxury status there is a need for the ´housekeeper´ to pay a little more attention to detail and to make sure the customer is 100% satisfied. I say no more other than I hope to re-visit one day.

This property is well reflected in the pictures and in any case, it square metres size is indicated as wwell in the size so the tenants can have an idea of its measures. About the status of the apartment, we´re a bit confused as the apartment was checked before your entry -as we usually do before any customer enters to ensure that eveyrthing is fine- and as you were explained at your entry as well, we give a 24h emergency attention service for any setback you might have had during your stay and if you would have contacted us with any problem or need we would have been pleased to attend you. In any case thank you again for your time and of course we´re be delighted to have you again with us at any time.
Le must les deux terrasses pour profiter du soleil qui était là.
Seul bémol, le bruit la nuit car la ville vit beaucoup la nuit (éboueurs, nettoyage des rues, passants qui parlent forts) et les fenêtres ne sont pas en double vitrage.

Merci beaucoup pour votre commentaire possitive. Nous sommes ravies que vous avez passé un bon séjour à l´appartement. Au tour de l´appartement il n´y a pas des bars ou des discoteques bruyantes. Au centre de ville il ya toujours un peu de bruit, mais les fenêtres ont double votrage et l´appartement est bien isolé. Nous esperons vous avoir bien tôt à nouveau à Seville!
