Die Lage ist optimal. In wenigen Schritten ist man im Zentrum. Trotzdem ist die Wohnung ruhig gelegen. Das Wohnzimmer ist nett eingerichtet und die Küche hat alles was man braucht. Alles sehr sauber, guter und sehr freundlicher Service.
Zwei der drei Schlafzimmer waren sehr klein und entsprachen nicht den Bildern. Im dritten Schlafzimmer war die Spülung so laut, dass man hiervon immer wach wurde.

We had to wait for almost half an hour for the person that delivered the key, although we repeatedly informed our arrival time via WhatsApp. The elevator was broken when we arrived but was fixed next day. The place is spacious but room distribution is odd (difficult to avoid in a historic building, I guess). However, the real issue with the place is a very, very bad smell coming from the third bathroom, which spreads through the entire place. We decided to discontinue the use of that room but the smell was still perceivable as it sneaked thought the door. The owner should seriously consider sealing off that bathroom.

Il nostro appartamento era quello in Calle san Gregorio 6, davvero ampio e arredato con gusto. Tre camere matrimoniali, di cui due piccole, ma comode (una con bagno interno, l´altra con bagno nel corridoio) e una enorme, con piccola anticamera e bagno molto grande, con due lavandini e, addirittura, il bidet! Cucina completa di tutto (forno, fornelli elettrici, microonde, macchina per il caffè, lavastoviglie, pentole e stoviglie varie); in uno dei bagni c´è anche la lavatrice. Divano comodissimo: in 6 ci stavamo larghi. Netflix disponibile sulla TV. Posizione eccellente, praticamente attaccata all´Alcazar e alla cattedrale. Tutte le cose più interessanti da vedere si raggiungono a piedi tranquillamente. Il ragazzo che ci ha accolto è stato molto gentile e si è reso disponibile anche a suggerirci cose da vedere e posti dove mangiare. Addirittura ci è arrivato un messaggio WhatsApp dalla struttura, che si metteva a disposizione per suggerimenti e/o problemi. Non c´è parcheggio facilmente in zona, perché è molto in centro. Ristorante sotto l´appartamento discreto, prenotabile con lo sconto su The Fork.
Praticamente tutto perfetto. Se proprio devo fare un appunto, il bagno interno di una camera aveva un cattivo odore, che non andava via nemmeno aprendo la finestra. E mancano le tazzine da caffè.

The bathroom in the 2nd bedroom needs some updating. Like the shower and that it had no place to put the soap or gel. And it was tied with a plastic tie... other than that it was wonderful

En algunas estancias pasamos frío y en otras mucho calor. Tuvimos que subir al máximo la temperatura del termostato del salón que es el que controla todo el apartamento y aunque hay termostatos en cada una de las habitaciones para subir o bajar la temperatura a tu gusto, no realizaban su función. A la habitación del fondo no le llegaba suficiente calor para calentarla, sin embargo en la primera habitación pasaron mucho calor. Al baño del fondo le faltaba un calentador eléctrico para calentarlo, porque no tiene conducto de calefacción.

Within an hour of arriving there was flooding from the apartment above. We worked to capture the water in pots from the kitchen and let Genteel Homes know immediately. We spent the evening in the apartment to let in staff and and a repair technician. We were told that Genteel Homes had found an apartment to move us to and we agreed to move the next day. The next morning the flooding was worse and we all had our clothes and shoes get wet with dirty water as we tried to prevent damage to the apartment by bailing the pots as the water poured from the ceiling. When we got to the new apartment I was told that we would receive 20% off of our bill for our inconvenience. I mentioned to the staff member that this did not seem correct as the new apartment was not nearly as nice as the one we had rented and that I would only like to pay for the advertised cost of the new apartment and be credited for the wet night we had spent. After a few days of back and forth with the business office, I was sent an email that made me furious. I was told that the two apartments were of equal quality and cost and that they would not refund an amount of money that I requested. The apartment we were moved to was listed on the website for 40 Euros less per night and rightly so. It was 30% smaller, had inadequate dining and living room seating for our party, had much smaller bedrooms with cramped bathrooms that didn´t even include a shelf in the shower to hold soap and shampoo. The disingenuous nature of the email and the outright lie regarding the likeness between the two apartments and the prices means that I will never rent from Genteel Homes again. Save yourself the frustration of working with dishonest people and find a different apartment to rent.

It saddens us that you write a review here when you did not stay at the apartment on this listing in the end. Also, we are deeply disheartened by the rate you have given us and our services after the effort the whole team made to make your stay more comfortable after the incident you have mentioned. Please allow me to clarify that the leak that flooded the apartment was actually coming from the apartment just above ours and had nothing to do with our property. Nevertheless, we understand your frustration and apologize for this. As soon as the problem was brought to our attention, we offered an alternative accommodation for you to move immediately to another apartment with the same characteristics and number of bedrooms; yet you decided to stay. It was not until the next day that you wanted to move and, besides, we offered a 20% off for the inconveniences. When you let us know you did not find this reimbursement fair, we offered other two different apartments than the one you originally had booked, yet your decision was to stay. We do not understand the nature of the complaint as of all the options offered, you accepted the one that you write about. All of our apartments have dynamic prices and the options offered were within the price range you had paid.
At Genteel Home, to work with honest people and to offer excellence standards are within our corporate values, and we are truly sorry that you felt we came short on these; our professional team across different departments makes their best to ensure comfortable stays for our guests, and we apologize if we failed in this specific occasion.

The key was brought, we could leave our bags and enter the apartment earlier than the check-in time. The location was in the middle of Santa Cruz, close to all the sights! We could do anything on foot. The apartment was very large and clean and the beds were wonderful! I would certainly come back if I visited Seville again!

la situation est exceptionnelle, dans une rue proche de l‘Alcazar et de la Cathédrale et cela reste très calme la nuit. la décoration est sympa. La literie est confortable. Le service est très disponible.
Une forte odeur de canalisation est souvent présente dans le hall d’entrée et dans les salle de bain. Dans la suite familiale, une clim ne fonctionnait pas (nous n‘avons pas demandé d’intervenir car il y a deux climatisations dans la suite).

First of all we would like to thank you for choosing our apartment for your stay in Seville.
We are glad to hear that your experience in our apartment was a memorable one, although we are surprised about your comments regarding the noise, as the location is the best evaluated aspect of this apartment, being very centrally located, and due to the fact that all the bedrooms are not facing the main street, so this superb location offers our guests to discover the city easily and to have a comfortable sleep during the night.

Si lugar a duda la excelente ubicación. Muy limpio.
Tiene termo eléctrico que se queda corto para el uso de tres parejas y las habitaciones oscuras porque dan a patio interior. Para conocer Sevilla e ir solo a dormir, muy recomendable.

Nos disculpamos por los problemas técnicos que se presentaron; no hay absolutamente ninguna excusa para aquellos detalles que se pasan por alto, ya que todos nuestros apartamentos deben ser revisadas a fondo. Sin embargo, nos gustaría aprovechar esta oportunidad para señalar que le ofrecimos otro apartamento con mejores características para su estancia por todos los inconvenientes que ha experimentado y para asegurarnos que tenga una estancia cómoda, pero su decisión fue quedarse en el mismo apartamento.
Nos gustaría informarle de que desde que hemos recibido su opinión, se ha realizado la correspondiente reunión con nuestro departamento de mantenimiento y que los procedimientos se está reforzando. Thank you for the time you took out of your day to share your comments regarding your stay.
We are sincerly sorry to read your dissatisfaction with the size of the rooms room. Although we do provide a detailled description and photos of the apartment, we understand that sometimes it may not adapt to each guest´s needs.
We are very sorry for the disturbances caused by technical problems of the heating system in your apartment. Once we realized the problem the additional heaters were provided. The problem is completely solved now.
Once again, many thanks for your help to get to know the points where we can still improve the experiences of our guests and we truly hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back on you next trip to Seville.

卫生间没有空调,有点冷。三个房间同时用电的时候,有可能断闸,但能够马上恢复。

Lamentamos su molestia por no poder hacer el check in en el momento de su llegada, por este motivo informamos previamente que la hora fijada para realizar el check in es a las 15, horario que debe aparecerle en la confirmación de reserva. Siempre hacemos todo lo posible para asegurar que nuestros clientes puedan realizar el check in tan pronto como llegan, pero por desgracia, durante la temporada alta puede ser que no sea posible. We paid an extra 30 euros because we arrived later than 9 but we had to wait 20 minutes at the door. I think they should not have got that money. My dryer exploded because the building is old and it cannot handle much of electricity but we have been warned about that, so be careful with that. Lastly, beware, if you are a daylight person, the rooms do not have outside looking windows.

About the extra charge for the late check in, we informed you about that, we are sorry to made you wait, it is becuase of that we alway ask the guests to call 30 minutes before the arriva, to organize the check in properly. Otherwise, it’s great to know you had a pleasant stay and enjoyed your time in our apartment apart from this issue.

La verdad que la estancia ha sido muy agradable. Todo era muy bonito, limpio y agradable. Cama y almohada cómodas. Baños grandes y toallas de sobra. Todo muy limpio y cocina muy equipada. Está en un lugar muy céntrico y tranquilo por las noches. Nos ha gustado bastante y esperamos repetir en otro apartamento de la firma. Muchas gracias

Muchas gracias Paul por dejarnos su comentario. Primero de todo pedirle disculpas si a su entrada no se le explicó correctamente la zona donde se encuentra nuestro apartamento, normalmente me encargo yo misma de recibir a nuestros huéspedes, pero al encontrarme de viaje, me hizo el favor un familiar, y de ahí su desconocimiento de algunos detalles. Esperamos que su estancia fuera agradable y pudieran disfrutar de su tiempo en Sevilla.
