En entrant dans l’appartement, nous avons un accès direct à un beau salon avec une cuisine intégrée. Le mobilier est élégant, propre et avec un design mis à jour. Depuis le même salon, il y a accès à une belle terrasse meublée avec des meubles de jardin et parfaite pour profiter du climat et du soleil de Séville.

L’exploitant de cet hébergement s’engage à fournir, en plus du service d’hébergement, les services suivants :

• Cet établissement propose son propre service de garde et de consigne de bagages du lundi au vendredi (sauf jours fériés) pour les clients premium, avec enlèvement par notre personnel à l´appartement. Les tarifs sont de 5 € par bagage. Les samedis, dimanches ou jours fériés, vous pouvez utiliser le service d´autres entreprises dans des locaux désignés, à environ 5 € par valise.

The location is wonderful and is ideal for us. We love having a terrace to sit on that we can access easily from the living accommodation. It is quiet but we can hear the hum of city life, which we like. Ideal balance for us. A lift to get up to the 3rd floor is very useful as we have a 2 year old granddaughter.
We have stayed in this property 3 times now. And love it. But we did notice this time that there are some things that are looking as if they need some attention. The table is broken, the rug is stained and there´s a hole in the sofa. Things are beginning to break. It is a very expensive apartment and we expect these things to be attended to promptly. A few more cleaning products would be helpful to keep the apartment clean in between cleans. The toilet rolls and kitchen rolls seemed to be rationed! When we first visited 2 years ago, we were given a bottle of water and some ham on arrival. But this doesn´t happen now. It´s a shame as these little touches are appreciated.

It was a perfect location, great neighbourhood with easy access to cafes and old town Seville. Supermarket downstairs a bonus and we loved having the outdoor area. Very comfortable beds and the accommodation perfect for us.

Die Lage war 1a für alle Besichtigungstouren in der Stadt. Die Einrichtung, Sauberkeit und der Komfort der Betten waren beispielhaft für Mietobjekte. Außergewöhnlich empfanden wir den Service, z.B. wurden bei unserem Aufenthalt von einer Woche nach Halbzeit angeboten, Bettwäsche und Handtücher zu wechseln. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter über WhatsApp war äußerst schnell und unkompliziert, Anfragen wurden unverzüglich beantwortet. Wir können nur unseren recht herzlichen Dank an Vermieter und Service Team ausrichten.

Nice and clean apartment with perfect location in center of town. Close to most attractions in walking distance. Best for families, but also ok for good friends.
Furniture a bit used, and especially on terrace, where lounge furniture where old and damaged. We told office the first day (we arrived at night), but they told us, that they needed owners accept before they cold do something...we never heard any more, despite we called them...no action/very bad service, and we suggested to change from another terrace, where we saw no people, but we where not allowed to do so. We assume, they have not checked up on apartment before our stay, otherwise they would have seen and reacted on damaged furniture.

The location was very central and apartmwnt was clean and well appointed. Plenty of room for the 5 of us.
We travelled by car and it was a nightmare to find accommodation to drop off luggage. We then had to find a car park which was full - had to wait for someone to leave before we could enter. Parking is at your own coat and isn’t cheap. Travelling by car to any major city isn’t the best option, but we were on a road trip. We had to then wait for a staff member to come and open up for us and hand over keys, etc.

Hundehaare von mindestens 2 verschieden farbigen Hunden waren überall auf dem Boden und Couch, Vorlegern und Balkon. Barfuß older mit Strümpfen hatte man nach wenigen Schritten ständig welche dran. Die Reinigung muss dahingend besser sein. Das Bett sollte für zwei Erwachsene mindestens 1.80m Standard haben.

Very cosy maisonette, great meet assistance, convenient location close to most places in the historical center, no disturbances
As with many places in the historical center accessing the apartment location by car requires parking it a distance away in a narrow parking garage and hauling luggage on cobblestone streets. The property team helped a lot to mitigate that inconvenience. Found a few hairs on the bathroom wall, but the rest of the place was super clean.

La ubicación nos encantó. Estábamos cerca de los lugares más emblemáticos. La casa es una monada. La verdad es que no comimos ni cenamos en ella, así que no podemos decir nada del menaje.
La zona es casi peatonal por lo que no hay posibilidad de aparcar . No obstante hay parkings de pago cerca.

that we will not leave our luggage on the day of departure. You pay a lot of money for 3 nights and then you have to go to a paid storage depot to store your bags because your flight doesn´t leave until evening. Is poor.

No parking space for pcars....
We were two couples but it would also suit a family of five. Roof garden was a great bonus.
One bedroom was slightly small but still sufficient.

Interiors were nice and main bedroom was comfortable.
After booking and paying, we were sent a very long list of questions and rules. It’s good to get this before booking, not after. Very poor staff communication. They did not answer our questions except to send this questionnaire and rules list. The lady did not bother to show us how anything worked. The 2nd bedroom is actually a twin. It would have been good to know this in case 2nd bedroom will be used by a couple or single. For the price, the beds and linen are not good enough and 2nd bedroom beds are too small for large build people. Curtains are poor quality and they kept falling off. Also, absolutely no parking anywhere. We tried asking this in advance and did not receive an answer.
A brilliant flat that lived up to all expectations. Lovely second terrace off the mezzanine catches the afternoon sun. The main terrace is very comfortable and faces the sun rise. Lovely area with a bar just outside.
