En arrivant tôt dans la journée, il était indispensable de caser nos valises dans un endroit sécurisé avant l´heure officielle du check-in. Rien n´est prévu dans ce genre d´infrastructure puisqu´il n´ y a pas de réception...Par contre, Il y a un réel business en ce qui concerne les consignes à Séville! Partout, à des prix et des modalités très différentes. Mieux vaut le savoir!

La doccia perde acqua se non si sta attenti , le luci del bagno sono basse , ci sono dei rumori insoliti durante la notte che provengono dalle pareti , check-in ritardato 30 € dopo le 22:00 50€ dopo le 00:00( alcuni voli non permettono di arrivare prima) non c’è possibilità di lasciare i bagagli dopo il Check out ( a pagamento presso locker in zona) un solo mazzo di chiavi . Divano o coperte ( non è chiaro) che emanavano un odore acre .

De locatie in het centrum. Hoek om en je was bij de kathedraal, koninklijk paleis of winkelstraten. Appartement is heel fraai ingericht. Mooie slaapkamers en leuke keuken en zithoek.
Appartement was gehorig, werden geregeld ´s nachts wakker. Badkamer kan netter. Douchekop kon je niet op hangen en er hing een ietwat onfrisse geur.

The staff were amazing. They were great at communicating before we arrived. Their service to book tours and activities was super helpful. We had a slight issue with the shower and they were very responsive to get it fixed for us. The location was great.

Desperfectos en el inmueble de anteriores huespedes sin subsanar, que no nos permitieron disfrutar del piso en condiciones óptimas. Advertimos de los mismos a la empresa y dejamos un día desde las 11:00 a las 14:30 h el apartamento vacío, cuando llegamos nada estaba reparado pero si estaba la herramienta del operario de mantenimiento en medio del salon, este aparecio a recogerla a las 16 h sin mediar palabra y ni pedir disculpas por lo sucedido. La respuesta de la empresa, fue que tienen más de 200 inmuebles y hacen lo que pueden, poco más que nos quejabamos sin motivo.

Cogimos el apartamento para 6 personas (4 camas y 2 en sofa cama). El sofa cama era horrible, y solo cabia una persona, increible que pongan que pueden dormir 2 personas en el sofa... La puerta de la ducha no cerraba y se salia todo el agua. No nos pusieron toallas para las 6 personas.

No sabíamos que estaba en reformas el edificio. Había un olor desagradable en los pasillos que entraba en el piso(pese a que tenían puestos ambientadores de frutos rojos en cada una de las ventanas). En la entrada al edificio el olor era bastante desagradable. Se adjuntan fotos del exterior y del pasillo de entrada. No se corresponden todas las fotos que tienen publicadas con el alojamiento.

La ubicación era perfecta, muy cerca de la Catedral, la Giralda y todos los sitios de interés, los restaurantes y sitios para tapear también estaban muy cerca. El apartamento muy bien, estaba muy bonito decorado, las camas muy cómodas, hasta el sofá era bastante cómodo, había de todo lo necesario incluso horno aparte de microhondas, cafetera, tostador, en fin muy contentas
Por ponerle un pero, al ser un apartamento para máximo 6 personas, (nosotras fuimos 5), faltaría que tuviera un cuarto de baño más, aunque fuese más pequeño, pero bueno tampoco fue un impedimento mayor.

Beautiful modern apartment. Very clean and comfortable.
The downstairs entry was being renovated so was not in a good state and had equipment and materials all over the place. It will be absolutely lovely when it´s finished though.

El portal es cutre, especialmente la entrada con el almacén de la derecha lleno de trastos (casi siempre estaba la puerta abierta) y mal olor y el perro echado en la puerta. Shower doors did not close properly, meaning water seeped onto bathroom floor. Loud construction works in apartment next door starting at 8am each weekday, but ok as we left by 9.30 each day.

The communication just before our arrival was a bit slow and we weren’t told that we can’t reach the apartment by car. Otherwise everything was fine and we had a pleasant stay.

We were very well-received for the recovery of the keys (very flexible and available), our host installed us and gave us some very appreciable practical explanations on the neighborhood, restaurants etc... You can do everything on foot from the apartment which is very well located. There were 5 of us with 2 double rooms and 1 sofa bed where we actually only had to sleep with 1 person.
A ordeal to arrive by car, fortunately we returned the car to the station on our arrival because it is impossible to circulate and park. In the building you live with the neighbors :) !

la explicación a la entrega de las llaves bien justa , parece que la persona de la entrega de las llaves no era la responsable y si una amiga de quien era la encargada y responsable, a las dos horas re recoger las llaves intentemos contactar con esta persona y fue posible asta el día siguiente. cuando contactamos con la persona le comunicamos que las sabanas de una de las camas no las avían cambiado ni tan siquiera habían echo la cama ya que las sabanas estaban manchadas simplemente las avían estirado, la solución fue decirnos que si queremos en un par de horas podían pasarse por el apartamento y dejarnos un juego limpio, bueno para que la finca donde esta este apartamento en el zaguán nada mas entrar hay una planta baja que sale una olor a orín y suciedad que te echa para tras, la ubicación difícil de llegar asta la puerta en coche, el tema de garaje próximo al apartamento muy difícil, en conclusión no lo recomendaría a un amigo.

La struttura si trova presso il centro. A piedi si possono raggiungere tutte le attrazioni. La zona è tranquilla e i letti sono comodi. La struttura è dotata di tutti i comfort necessari, il frigo è capiente.
Il getto della doccia passa in fretta dal caldo al freddo, probabilmente perché lo scaldabagno è a gas.

En effet, vous pouvez voir sur les photos le mobilier qui a la cuisine et le salon, et bien qu’il ait une capacité maximale de six personnes par canapé-lit, ses 2 chambres à coucher + 1 salle de bain le rendent plus approprié pour une occupation de 4 personnes. En ce qui concerne le stationnement, nous nous excusons pour la gêne occasionnée. Lorsque nous avons reçu votre demande à l´avance, nous l´avons gérée et avons demandé la réservation au parking, mais pour une raison quelconque, nous ne le savons pas, ils ne l´ont pas gérée. Heureusement, nous avons pu le résoudre et faire la réservation à nouveau sans problèmes à notre arrivée. Nous espérons que malgré cela, vous avez apprécié votre séjour à Séville. Salutations
