Cette magnifique maison de 5 chambres, située dans la emblématique rue Tintes, jouit d’un emplacement de premier choix. À quelques pas seulement de la rue Puerta de Carmona, elle offre un accès aux joyaux historiques de Séville tels que la Casa de Pilatos et la Casa de Salinas. De plus, elle sert de porte principale à la Vieille Ville, permettant une exploration aisée des coins les plus charmants de la capitale sévillane.
Dès l’entrée de la maison, on est accueilli par un charmant vestibule andalou qui mène au salon principal élégamment décoré, orné de détails exquis. Ce salon dispose d’une table centrale, deux canapés et des chaises supplémentaires, servant de cœur de la maison et se connectant aux autres pièces. Juste à côté, une salle à manger spacieuse, parfaite pour les repas en famille ou entre amis.
Sur la gauche, une autre salle à manger offre un cadre plus intime, équipée d’une table à manger et d’un toilette à proximité. En face, la cuisine, moderne et entièrement rénovée, est équipée de tous les appareils et ustensiles nécessaires pour un séjour agréable.
Le salon, conçu pour la détente, est meublé de deux canapés, divers fauteuils, une Smart TV et une étagère pour les amateurs de lecture. Une grande porte vitrée s’ouvre sur un patio équipé d’un espace de détente et d’une piscine disponible d’avril à octobre - l’endroit idéal pour passer les jours les plus chauds.
Au premier étage, nous trouvons deux chambres, toutes deux avec salles de bains attenantes. La première chambre a un lit double, tandis que la seconde dispose également d’un lit double avec un grand dressing et une salle de bain luxueuse avec double vasque, douches et baignoire.
La mansarde, au deuxième étage, abrite une chambre avec deux lits simples et une salle de bain attenante, une buanderie pratique équipée d’un lave-linge et d’un sèche-linge, et une salle de bain commune. Enfin, deux charmantes chambres mansardées, chacune meublée de deux lits simples.
La terrasse en attique est équipée de chaises longues pour la détente, d’une douche pour se rafraîchir et d’équipements de sport pour les plus actifs.
Une résidence qui entremêle histoire, luxe et confort.
