Muy bien ubicado y cómodo. La atención del personal excelente, siempre estuvieron atentos a nuestra llegada y durante la estancia.
Il y avait une odeur d’égout dans les toilettes, pas très agréable. Ça aurait été bien d’avoir un porte savon dans la douche. Nous auions apprécié un grand miroir pour qu’on puisse voir notre outfit avant de sortire(important pour les femmes)

Estar en el corazón de la ciudad permite a nuestros huéspedes disfrutar de su encanto y de los principales monumentos a pocos pasos, aunque entendemos que esto también puede conllevar algo de ruido ambiental, dependiendo del momento del día o de eventos locales.
Lamentamos que haya experimentado problemas con el suministro de agua caliente. Nuestras instalaciones están diseñadas para garantizar el confort de nuestros huéspedes; sin embargo, tomamos en cuenta su comentario y revisaremos el sistema para asegurarnos de su óptimo funcionamiento. Del mismo modo, verificaremos el estado de los baños, ya que la limpieza y el mantenimiento son aspectos fundamentales de nuestro servicio, como reflejan las valoraciones de muchos de nuestros huéspedes. En ocasiones, factores externos, como las condiciones climáticas, pueden influir en la aparición de olores puntuales, pero revisaremos la situación para minimizar cualquier inconveniente.

La atención y el trato por parte de la gerencia del apartamento es inmejorable. El apartamento, los electrodomésticos, los muebles… todo está nuevo y muy limpio. Las camas son muy cómodas.
Es cierto que uno de los baños huele un poco regular a cañería, sin embargo en cuanto lo comunicamos nos buscaron una solución (a pesar de ser sábado).
