Court séjour agréable à Séville dans l’appartement propre et où tout était à disposition

Die Lage der Wohnung ist super gut, man ist in einer ruhigen Gasse aber trotzdem sehr dicht an allen Sehenswürdigkeiten und vielen tollen Restaurants gelegen. Die Wohnung ist auch schick, jedoch befinden sich zu viele Möbel im Wohnzimmer - dadurch ist es ein bisschen eng. Das Treppenhaus riecht leider stark nach Zigarettenrauch, das war blöd. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut, so konnten wir schon vorab Restaurants oder andere Aktivitäten reservieren.

Nice property in a nice neighbourhood. But the company managing the property is not so nice. Had few issues but nothing major. Overall okay stay.

The apartment was absolutely gorgeous, quite spacious for two people. We stayed for about 5 days and worked from there. The apartment is well equipped and has all the required amenities. Nice location as well, with good restaurants and bars around! Would definitely recommend!

This Airbnb was really beautiful. It was spotless and very well maintained. The host was very responsive and friendly, we felt well looked after and the Airbnb was exactly as advertised. It was equipped with everything we needed all the way to the little extra touches which were very thoughtful for the guest experience. Beautiful decor, everything felt nice and new. Location is also fantastic, right by all of the action and walking distance to pretty much everything - while being a few doors down on a quieter street so that it´s not too loud. Just perfect!

Le logement est situé au 2e étage. La literie est confortable. Il y a un ascenseur bien appréciable. Il est très bien décoré. Il est très bien situé dans Séville pour toutes les visites. La cuisine est bien équipée avec bouilloire et nespresso, gros frigo et congélateur. Il manque peut-être un grille-pain selon moi. La terrasse est au 3e étage et est semi privative séparée par des paravents. La terrasse est moins idyllique que sur la photo de l’annonce. Malheureusement nous n’avons pas pu accéder à la terrasse le premier jour car la clé était cassée dans la serrure. Nous avons pu y accéder le lendemain midi et avons eu un maigre dédommagement de 39€…alors que nours avons demandé le remboursement de la première nuit. La salle de bain est lumineuse avec une douche. La porte de la salle de bain grince très fortement. Il y avait tout au long du séjour une odeur très désagréable d’égouts dans la salle de bain.

We had a great stay. The apartment is very well equipped and modern. The location was perfect. Everything was near by. The only negative thing was a bad smell coming out of the drains in the bathroom, especially in the night and morning but it’s nothing who anyone could do about it. We would recommend the apartment!

Great place !! Fab location and very nice hosts. Only suggestion is it would be nice if the sofa bed could be made up for more guests if they’re staying. Thank you

This is a great place! Nice, clean space with updated appliances and fixtures. Lovely to have access to the rooftop terrace. The bed is comfortable and the apartment is spacious. We enjoyed the location - close to lots of restaurants, shops, and everywhere is very walkable. Would stay here again!

This apartment was absolutely gorgeous. Loved the interior and furnishings. The location was right around the corner of one of the best places we ate while in Spain. The location was walkable to everywhere we needed to be - the Alcazar, Catedral, and Setas de Sevilla were all within 15 minute walk. The rooftop was lovely and we sat up there a couple times. The elevator was very useful to take our luggage up and down. Bathroom was spacious and the bedroom and a ton of closet storage. If I messaged the host during business hours they responded right away. I would stay in this apartment again.

Genteelhome was lovely apartment close to all attractions. Owner allowed us an early access to leave bags whilst the apartment was cleaned. We came back after a few hours to spotless property

Our stay was great. The apartment was well-decorated and clean with plenty of space for me and my partner. It was also in a great location and very walkable to all the major sites and plenty of bars and restaurants. I would definitely recommend.

We loved our stay and would recommend it to anyone. The place was very clean and well-decorated. We were walking distance from everywhere in Seville. The air con and WiFi worked really well and the water pressure in the shower was good. Overall, we are so pleased we booked and would definitely go back!

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Seville. The apartment was lovely and had everything you might need. The location was perfect, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted within 15 minutes in either direction. Genteelhome were also incredibly responsive- we had problems with the door one evening and someone was round to help us 10 minutes later. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

A lovely place to stay! The location is perfect, just a short walk from the central attractions, restaurants and shops, but felt quiet. The apartment is brand new, well equipped, stylish, and very comfortable. Air con was good, and very necessary in July! The keyless entry is great - no worries of loosing the keys, or locking yourself out! The roof terrace is on the floor above the apartment, and semi-private (you have your own area, which is separated from those for the other apartments by performated wall deviders). Highly recommended as a really comfortable place to stay for a couple visiting Seville.

Close to center, walkable neighborhood, beautiful apartment with all that you need, including beautiful rooftop that we could not use due to the very hot weather. Close to supermarket and local produce markets, great restaurants and amazing flamenco shows. We will return to see more of this beautiful city during more friendly weather!

Highly recommend this place! Great for solo travelers or couples. Very clean, great location that is within walking distance to many things to see/do in Sevilla, and has great amenities.

The stay was absolutely fantastic and the apartment was a 5 star accommodation . Brilliant location , 10 minutes walk from all sites of old city . Very comfortable with a new feel and a lovely patio upstairs to enjoy . Highly recommend it.

ottima posizione ed appartamento nuovissimo. consigliamo. Siamo state accolte da Carlos di notte (dopo essere arrivate in ritardo a causa dell’aereo) persona gentilissima e molto simpatico. ci ha mostrato l’appartamento e spiegato nel dettaglio come utilizzarlo al meglio. Ottimi in suoi consigli sul tour della città e dei ristoranti.

The stay was peaceful, clean, comfortable, within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, grocery stores and transportation. We loved the rooftop lounge area as a great place to relax and soak in the beautiful weather of Seville. Marian offered many local recommendations and was super helpful. The hosts were very responsive, proactive and welcoming. Would definitely recommend the stay!
