Sin embargo, nuestro equipo estuvo en todo momento pendiente de la situación y, para evitarles cualquier inconveniente adicional, se les ofreció de inmediato la opción de reubicarse en otro apartamento, para que su estancia transcurriera de la manera más cómoda posible. No obstante, lamentamos que nuestras propuestas fueran rechazadas y decidieran permanecer en el apartamento originalmente seleccionado. Por otro lado, es importante resaltar también que, al día siguiente, nuestro equipo atendió la incidencia con la mayor rapidez posible, aunque, debido a la complejidad de la reparación, no pudimos resolverla tan pronto como hubiéramos deseado. This apartment was very nice. It was clean, it smelled good, we like the patio and the location. It was very comfortable for our family of 5. Of all the places we stayed in Spain, this one was our favorite.
It can be noisy even at night so if you are sensitive to sound that may impact your sleep. We had no issues sleeping but you can hear the street from the front facing bedroom.

O atendimento foi todo feito de forma digital e sempre responderam rapidamente. Os códigos de acesso funcionaram bem e ainda deram descontono estacionamento que tinham parceria. Os quartos e sala possuem ar condionado, o que se mostrou muito útil na época que fomos.
A localização é ótima, mas ainda assim é necessário andar uns 10/15 minutos para o estacionamento e o mesmo para os pontos de maior interesse, mas nada impactante.

Our issue was that 1st bedroom was a lovely spacious large room. The 2nd bedroom was like a box room with 2 single beds squashed together . Because the room was so small the air conditioning was very loud … this was not an issue in the other room … so basically one couple had a lovely restful spacious bedroom while the other couple drew a very short straw 😔

La habitación donde se encuentran las 2 camas individuales es estrecha. Creo que sería mejor si hubiese una sola. El plato de ducha pierde por una de las juntas del piso y deberían repararlo. Por lo demás, todo bien.

The place was very nice and worked well for our family. The location was great as we could walk to many great tourist attractions and restaurants. The place was as clean and very well stocked.
We are still not use to using a parking garage in the big city. When we booked the property we knew that is what we needed to do. In the end, it worked out great because we walked to where we wanted to go instead of having to pay for transportation or parking.

O apartamento estava incrível, o pátio era super confortável. Adoramos o toque de ter deixado uma garrafa de água fresca, dos condimentos (vinagre e azeite), foi bastante atencioso. Sem dúvida que voltaríamos.
Para uma estadia de 2 noites, com 5 pessoas tinha sido bom ter deixado mais algumas cápsulas de café, do que apenas as 6.
