En entrant dans l’appartement, le long du couloir, il y a les chambres. Dans la première il y a un lit double et devant la chambre, il y a la première salle de bain avec douche.

Les tarifs sont de 5 € par bagage. Les samedis, dimanches ou jours fériés, vous pouvez utiliser le service d´autres entreprises dans des locaux désignés, à environ 5 € par valise.

Great location, surrounded by restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores. Easy walking distance to major attractions like flamenco, cathedral and alcázar. Windows were newer and blocked a lot of street noise. Beds and pillows were comfortable. I love when each bed has 4 pillows.
The ensuite shower didn’t drain well and would fill up to the point of overflowing and also seemed like it had a leak somewhere as water would always be on the floor outside the shower. The kitchen could have used a few more items to make cooking a little easier. For example I couldn’t find any oven mitts to take my pizza out of the oven.

The location was great, within 20 min walk to all the main attractions. A good selection of bars and restaurants very close to the apartment. The door codes were easy too access, although these didn´t come through until I sent a message after the check in time.
The keys in the apartment did not work in the door, so you had to use door codes, which were fine for security, just a bit of a pain to keep loading the phone up and accessing the codes.

Muy buena ubicación, cerca de supermercados, cafeterías….a 2 min de las Setas de Sevilla. Tranquilo a la noche para dormir. Bien equipado, y decorado con gusto.
Sería más cómodo tener unas llaves para la puerta del apartamento y no necesitar meter un código tan largo.

Parking in Seville is pretty tricky. The car park we parked our car in was a 6 minute walk away, Imagen carpark. It was well kept and secure but pretty tight to get into and operated a traffic light system as there was only one way in and out. You would need to be a confident and experienced driver to navigate it. We paid 88 Euros for 4 days!

Very clean and well furnished house. Everything was provided, even dishwasher and washing machine tablets. Everything was quality. For my 6-year-old family, that was ideal.
1) The heat often knocked out the electricity. We could not use the washing machine, oven, dishwasher in combination with the air conditioning. 2) When you have a trunk, it is very difficult to find parking in both a paying and public parking.

Great location allowing us to explore a different part of Seville other than the old town. The area was alive with bars, cafes and markets.

The apartment is not as what is shown in the photos here. The apartment is very dirty. The bathroom floor had hair and dirt; it wasn´t clean. The rugs were dirty, and the floor underneath was unclean. The apartment provided was not as shown in the picture. Its small and the rooms are stuffy with hardly any space. I had booked it for our family of seven and it´s too small for 7 guests. The second washroom is too small. There is no cleaning service provided. Had to wait for 10 -15 minutes to get the keys from the host even after we had provided our time for arrival.

La casa perfecta, la ubicación genial. Muy recomendable.
El momento de recoger las llaves llegamos 10 minutos más tarde de la hora del check-in por problemas a la hora de aparcar, Ya que no conocíamos la zona y había muchas calles cortadas y nos cobraron más.

En general el departamente está muy bien arreglado y equipado. Los cuartos son un poco pequeños, pero en general bien. El anfitrión es muy atento al llegar.
Como en varios departamentos faltan algunas cosas como kleneex o que en la regadera no hay donde poner el jabón y el shampoo. Si vas con amigos o tu familia es de mochila al hombro podría ser perfecto ya que está muy cerca del centro. No obstante, si vas en familia y con gente mayor, no es ideal, ya que en realidad no hay estacionamiento, es mentira que lo puedas dejar en la calle, siempre hay coches estacionados y son pocos los lugares que se pueden ocupar. Para llegar en coche hay que dar una gran vuelta al centro, mínimo 10 min, y los estacionamientos cercanos son contados, el más cercano no admite coches de más de 1.80, nosotros llevabamos una camioneta alta por lo que tuve que dejarlo en un estacionamiento que estaba a varias cuadras de distancia y muy apretado

Debido al trazado de la ciudad, conducir y aparcar por el centro de Sevilla a veces puede ser una tarea ardua. Es por ello que siempre recomendamos evitar la búsqueda de aparcamiento en superficie y recomendamos estacionar en aparcamientos públicos subterráneos; algunos de los cuales podemos ofrecer con descuento para nuestros clientes.

The apartment was beautiful and very centrally located! The host was gracious and provided restaurant recommendations, which was appreciated.
There was no dish soap or kitchen towels and no laundry soap. These items would have been very helpful and appreciated.
