Pour résumer : tout ! Tout d´abord son emplacement sur le quai du Guadalquivir, sa proximité avec le centre ville. Ensuite le logement lui-même est impeccable, propre, joliment décoré et très bien équipé.
La température de la chambre était plus élevée que dans les autres pièces. La bouche du chauffage en face du lit : gorge sèche assurée au milieu de la nuit ! On s´y sent si bien qu´on a plus envie d´en partir...

Regarding parking, we understand that finding a spot on the street can sometimes be a bit complicated, particularly given the central location and the area´s popularity due to its proximity to numerous historical monuments. However, we would like to highlight that a parking facility is conveniently located just a 2-minute walk from the building, providing an easier option for our guests.

There´s a concierge service- really helpful and gave us the code for the door, plus wifi plus showed us all the local landmarks on the map. Really friendly and helpful. She also booked a taxi for us for when we were leaving.

First of all, the river-view room shown in the photos of my Booking reservation was not provided to me. The photos on Booking.com have nothing to do with the actual rooms. The rooms are gloomy and overlook a dark courtyard. The staff at the reception are rude and unfriendly. When I objected to my room, the attitude shown to me and the response from the reception staff were extremely rude. This place is more like a guesthouse or an apartment rather than a hotel. There is no service provided to you whatsoever. Products like water or coffee placed in your room are very insufficient and of poor quality. The only thing I can say is: stay away from this hotel and don’t go!

El apartamento estaba impecable. Todo extremadamente limpio y bien equipado. La decoración es preciosa.
La terraza y la piscina de la azotea son muy tranquilas y con unas vistas impresionantes.
La localización es perfecta si vas a dedicar tu estancia a conocer los sitios más turísticos de la ciudad (sobre 15-20 min andando).
Además, la zona tiene varios restaurantes y supermercados.
El personal fue muy amable y estuvo pendiente de nosotras. Sin duda muy recomendable!

Een nieuw hotel in een levendige wijk van Sevilla. Alles op loopafstand bereikbaar. Alles is tip top en kraakhelder. Bovendien een mooi dakterras met zwembad en ontbijt faciliteiten. Er ligt een parkeergarage in de buurt van het hotel. Absolute aanrader is tapas restaurant Tipico!
Personeel aan de receptie is niet bijster geinteresseerd om het hotel een persoonlijk tintje te geven. Erg zakelijke benadering.

La décoration de la chambre, les mobiliers, la piscine avec vue sur le guadalquivir et la terrasse ainsi que ses horaires assez larges! Ou encore les options netflix prime vidéo et j’en passe, pour une soirée netflix génial sur grand écran !
La table ronde salle à manger qui bascule. Elle ne doit pas être fixée. L’emplacement pourrait être mieux avec 10/15min de marche sous les 40 degrés .. mais vous n’y êtes pour rien😉 Sinon c’était top !
