Selbstversorger. Lage zum Zentrum ok.
Keinerlei Schränke in den Schlafzimmern und keine Ablagen in den Bädern. Keine deutschen Fernsehkanäle. Totale Hinterhoflage obwohl River View gebucht war. WLAN hatte erst nach 1 Woche funktioniert. Oftmals Probleme mit dem Schloß der Eingangstüre. Zweimal Handtuch und Bettbezugwechsel aber keinerlei Reinigung der Bäder und Böden!!!

We take your comments seriously, and we aim to continuously improve our services. We will review your concerns regarding the lack of cupboards in the bedrooms and shelves in the bathrooms. Regarding German TV channels, we strive to offer a variety of channels, but the availability may be subject to regional limitations.
We are in the process of installing repeaters to improve the Wi-Fi quality in our flats, as we understand the importance of a stable internet connection. On the other hand, we are glad to hear that our customer service tried to solve the problem as soon as possible by offering you an external Wi-Fi connection which is available to all our guests in case they need it. In addition, our reservations department was comprehensive to you and offered you a discount to compensate for this situation, trying to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
We are particularly concerned about the issues you raised with the lock of the front door, it was solved as soon it was possible. Regarding the housekeeping service, we apologize for the misunderstanding, our intermediate cleaning service only includes the change of sheets and towels, as stated in the booking conditions.
Finally, regarding the characteristics of the flat, we always want to be transparent with our guests, that is the reason that before the confirmation of your booking we always send an email where our guests can confirm that it is the flat with the characteristics they want to book. We regret any misunderstanding in this regard.
We are committed to providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay for our guests, and your feedback helps us identify areas for improvement. We hope you give another opportunity in the future to offer you a better stay.

Pool had too much chlorine dosing so we could not relax in it. Internet was not available at our stay as they were installing it.
