Stayed here for two nights in November - the accommodation has everything you could wish for in a short stay. The apartment itself is located only 2 minutes from the Cathedral - difficult to find a more central location literally at the heart of everything. Whilst we didn´t cook there are adequate facilities should you choose to do so and we appreciated having a small supply of coffee and tea to hand on arrival. Their representative Alphonso was very helpful taking some time to explain all the various activities we could partake in. He also suggested various restaurants and where we could find small shops near to hand. Good advice was how to avoid queues at Cathedral by buying combined ticket at El Divino Salvador another church nearby - they have separate entry for prepaid tickets. We also discovered you could buy tickets online for the Alcazar Palace which I would recommend doing - otherwise you can spend up to 45 mins or more queuing in the sun. Make sure you have passport or proof of age to hand as the discounts are tremendous for us oldies.

This apartment was in a fabulous location in the middle of Seville but tucked in a little side street so was surprisingly quiet. The quality of fixtures and fittings was excellent and the kitchen was fully equipped (although there are loads of good restaurants in close proximity). Alfonso was really helpful, meeting us at the apartment to show us how everything worked and he provided lists of good restaurants and opening times of all the major attractions, which was really helpful. Far better than a hotel-would highly recommend this apartment. The only thing to be aware of is that although the apartment sleeps four with a sofa bed in the lounge, the bathroom is accessed through the bedroom so probably wouldn´t suit two couples.

We spent a thoroughly enjoyable 5 day break in Seville at Apartment Archivo de Indias 11. It is ideally sited in the centre of of the old part of the city within short walking distance of both the Cathedral and Alcazar, which are just around the corner. It is easy to access, the airport bus stops at Torre del Oro and this is 5 minutes away from Puerta de Jerez and the little street where the apartment is located.
It is exceptionally well appointed, clean bright and very comfortable, affording us one of the best city breaks we have had for years. I cannot speak too highly of Mr Alfonso our contact person who was exceptionally helpful , nothing was too much trouble and his assistance made our stay a really memorable one.
Despite being in a central location, it was fairly quiet, there was some chatter from the cafe opposite around breakfast time but this was never really intrusive. This also applied to some building work going on next door.
We were given a list of recommended places to visit and eat that proved very useful.
We had a very reasonable breakfast on several occasions at the Cafe &Te in C/San Fernando.
We only discovered the market at Metropol Parasol late on but can throughly recommend it if you want to eat in the apartment.

Excellent location, excellent price and excellent apartment (spacious, extremely clean, equipped with Pretty modern appliances). Alfonso, our host was attentive and helpful during our stay in Seville. I will absolutely recommend this place.

Nous avons été trés bien accueilli par Maria. L´appartement fait avec beaucoup de gout et trés bien situé. Ce qui permet de revenir à la mi journée pour se reposer. La rue est trés calme et le petit restaurant en bas de l´immeuble est trés bien. Nous sommes vraiment enchantés de notre séjour.

Nice place, new furniture, complete with all accessories (also dishwater detergent!). Quiet, clean and 200m from the Cathedral. The best solution for a family of 4.
