The host Fernando was super friendly. The apartment has a beautiful view of the Alhambra and is in a perfect location, walking distance to Alhambra´s entrance, to Albaycin and to other main touristic points. However, it´s in a restricted area so if you come by car you will need to park and walk carrying your luggages till the apartment. The nearest parking is about 10 minutes walking. There´s a great Flamenco show downstairs the building. Yet the location is priceless and the apartment is highly recommended.

Das Apartment hielt, was es versprach - Blick wirklich auf die Altstadt und Alhambra, weil wir in der obersten Etage waren. Apartments weiter unten haben diesen Blick nicht. Lage zentral, man fällt geradewegs in Unterstadt und Albaicin. Ausstattung war ok, nur große Kaffeetassen haben wir vermisst. Stattdessen waren nur kleine Glastassen (eher für Tee) vorhanden. Vorherige Anfragen, wo man parken kann, blieben leider unbeantwortet. Wir haben uns ein Parkhaus in der Nähe gesucht. Zum Glück gab es genau für dieses Parkhaus von der netten(!) Verwalterin einen Parkschein für 20 € pro Tag, sonst wäre es noch teurer geworden. Für Auto-Anreisende gibt es quasi auch keine Alternative in der Innenstadt. Ansonsten waren wir super zufrieden!

El apartamento está en buen estado, con buenas vistas, numerosos utensilios en la cocina y productos (sal, azúcar, productos para limpieza...). La cama perfecta y la limpieza normal. La ubicación es inmejorable, a 1 minuto de los principales autobuses que te llevan a las zonas principales y en el centro de todos los barrios que visitarás por lo que todos te pillarán cerca.
El sofá cama para dormir es muy estrecho, corto e incómodo para dormir 2 personas, 1 persona puede dormir medianamente bien aunque sigue siendo muy corto, como la persona sea un poco alta va a entrar muy mal.

Sus vistas eran maravillosas, desde el balcón se ve la Alhambra. En general me gusto todo.
Lo que menos me gusto porque era menos cómodo fue el sofá y que no tuviera frigo.

La llave de abajo era imposible de abrir de ninguna manera. Tuvimos que molestar a los vecinos para que nos abrieran y esto si te pasa a altas horas de la madrugada te la juegas a quedarte en la calle.Lo pasamos bastante mal pq pensamos de verdad q dormíamos en la calle por no poder abrir. El ascensor tampoco funcionaba y estábamos en la 4 planta. El piso es bastante frío y la calefacción hasta que no la dejas 24h encendida no se calienta nada.

Lamentamos el inconveniente que tuvo con la puerta, normalmente para estos casos nuestro equipo se encuentra a su disposición por su tiene alguna emergencia en la que le podamos ayudar. En cuanto al ascensor, es algo que corresponde a la comunidad de vecinos y ante una avería no pudimos hacer más que insistir a la comunidad para que lo repararan a la mayor brevedad posible. Excelente ubicación, las vistas al Alhambra.trato del personal (gracias Alba).
La ubicación del departamento es excelente, cerca de todo lo que una familia de turistas necesita. Las instalaciones estaban muy bien aseadas, el departamento muy bien equipado, es cómodo para poder descansar y tener una buena estancia. La vista excelente, por su ubicación y orientación desde sus ventanas se ve la Alhambra!!

De locatie is geweldig! Aan de rand van Albayzin, op 80m van Plaza Nueva, met zicht op het Alhambra. In een stijlvol, oud gebouw terwijl het appartement modern is ingericht. Goede bedden en een uitgebreide keuken.
Grote tegenvaller: het slot van de voordeur van het gebouw is versleten. Daardoor kon ik niet naar binnen en moest wachten totdat er een andere bewoner kwam. Na 2 dagen heeft een buurvrouw laten zien hoe je de deur open krijgt. De mensen van Genteel Home hebben me niet geholpen, ondanks herhaald bellen en mailen. Slechte beurt!
nichts für Anreise mit eigenem Fahrzeug, musste mich lotsen lassen, da man zum Ziel nur entgegen der Einbahnstraßen hinkommt, es sind keine Privatparkplätze vorhanden, ein öffentliches Parkhaus steht zur Verfügung mit 25,- € je Tag, um auf den Preis von 15,00 € zu kommen, muss das Personal eine Karte bei Abreise zusätzlich in den Automaten schieben, es ist also nicht geegnet, wenn man tagsüber mit dem Fahrzeug die Umgebung erkunden will und nachmittags und abends die Stadt, man ist da nicht so flexibel, hier organistaorisch noch estremer Nachholbedarf, Appartemant hat etwas gerochen, als wäre ein Abfluss ausgetrocknet, Bad lieblos überstrichen, Dusche naja, irgendwie wirkt die Wohnung oberflächlich eingerichtet und saniert, Bettgestell sehr labil, WLAN nicht kostenlos, man wird auf die Internetseite zum anmelden verwiesen, die verschieden Zeitfenster zum buchen vorschlägt,

The way Granadas circulation is arranged it´s something we can not change, and as you can read in all the guide books about the city, is no recommendable to move around with the car. We called you before your arrive to tell you taht, as well as to recommendate you a public parking, so we don´t have at the property as you can see at Booking.com, and we are sorry if you didn´t find the service they offer as good as you expected, it´s really the first time we have this kind of complain. About the smell, when we clean up the apartment nothing was detected, and the guest who stayed before and after dind´t mention anything either, but we will pay special attention to it. The wifi it´s completely free at our property, so I´ve probably missunderstood you words, because it´s imposible you have paid for it. We hope you have enjoyed our beautiful city. Genteel Hope Team
Prachtig uitzicht op het alhambra! De locatie is perfect, om de hoek zit een leuk barretje voor een drankje en tapas. Daarnaast waan je, je zo in Marokko als je door de smalle Arabische straatjes dwaalt.
De kookplaat begaf het halverwege ons verblijf. Verder is het appartement niet heel groot of nieuw maar alles is wel netjes.
