First at all, due to our location on the city centre, it´s important to mention that in some buildings with significant historical value, the installation of elevators may be prohibited due to the importance of preserving their architecture and cultural heritage. As others have posted this apartment is in a great location, central and quiet. Property manager was very attentive. It is a third floor apartment (NA metric) so you need to be able to get up two flights of stairs. Only thing to note is that the bedrooms are not as large as the photos make it look, especially the second bedroom. We would stay there again.

Appartement très bien équipé, confortable et rénové avec des matériaux de qualité. Il est extrêmement bien située, très tranquille et silencieux pendant la nuit, à deux pas de la cathédrale et les visites dans la vieille ville peuvent être faite à pied facilement. Il jouit d´une belle terrasse, agréable pour prendre l´apéro quand on rentre en fin d´après-midi. Un grand merci à Marina pour ses bonnes adresses de restaurants et pour son aide pendant notre séjour.
Le mobilier de la terrasse pourrait être rajeuni.

+ Das Appartement hat unsere Erwartungen mehr als übertroffen. Die Wohnung bietet ein super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße direkt im Stadtzentrum (Parkhaus-Rabatt wird angeboten), hat eine Top-Ausstattung und war sehr sauber. Besonders hat uns die große Dachterasse gefallen, auf der man gut vom Stadttrubel abschalten konnte. Und die Kommunikation im Vorfeld und während der Anreise war vorbildlich. Alles in allem: Besonders für eine kleine Familie wie unsere geeignet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
- Alles super, nur die kaputte Lampe im Hausflur muss mal wieder ausgewechselt werden. ;)
+ Größe des Appartements, Super Lage direkt in der Altstadt, Dachterrasse, Zimmeraufteilung, Möglichkeit einer Parkplatzreservierung (unbedingt zu empfehlen)
- Die Ausstattung der Dachterrasse (Stühle waren verbraucht, die Auflagen waren schmutzig, die Nähte teilweise gerissen) wäre verbesserungswürdig.
Very clean; had all the facilities we expected and more (including washing machine, iron and ironing board aind hairdryer); excellent location within easy walking distance of main attractions, shops, bars and restaurants; lovely roof top patio to chill out on in the afternoon after a busy morning touring; and very helpful hosts who gave us lots of tips and helped us book flamenco show. Would definitely recommend booking.
There was nothing we didn’t like.
Nice friendly living room, wonderful roof terrace and absolute perfect laying but the second bathroom was really very small.

*WiFi funktionierte nur sehr eingeschränkt und trotz Nachfrage am ersten Abend wurde bis zum Ende des Aufenthaltes nichts daran geändert (auch keine Erklärung o.ä.); *Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig (Wand zwischen Schlaf- und Wohnraum nur Sichtschutz, man kann sich problemlos durch die Wand unterhalten...); *Müllcontainer zu der Wohnung sind in einer anderen Straße ca 0,5km entfernt (der Abfall muss dort am Ende des Aufenthaltes entsorgt werden); *es wurde ein angeblich von uns zerstörter Ventilator nach unserer Rückkehr über die Kaution in Rechnung gestellt, obwohl wir ihn nicht angefasst hatten
