En entrant dans l’appartement, nous trouvons un beau et spacieux salon qui donne sur un joli petit patio intérieur, ce qui garantira le reste des invités. Le salon dispose d’un canapé-lit double de 1,50 x 1,90, ce qui donne à l’appartement une capacité jusqu’à 4 personnes. La maison dispose d’une cuisine intégrée moderne, qui est équipée de tout ce dont vous avez besoin. À côté de la cuisine, nous trouvons une salle de bain complète. Le salon dispose d’un petit balcon vers un patio qui lui donne beaucoup de lumière naturelle.

Our host, Javier was very informative and helpful. We used the parking that he suggested which is the closest to the apartment (about 25 Euros per day - expensive but very convenient). He also sent us a list of recommendations regarding restaurant, etc.
Nothing really except that a few hooks in the bathrooms would be useful to hang towels.

If you like quiet, this may not be for you. We could clearly hear the neighbours talking, practicing music, but it didn’t bother us. We liked the atmosphere of it but it may not be to everyone’s taste.

Regarding the noise, we completely understand your concern. Our property is located in a privileged area, right in the heart of Cádiz, allowing guests to fully enjoy the charm and vibrant atmosphere of the city. However, due to this central location, it is understandable that there may be more foot traffic, especially during this time of year, which can result in higher noise levels.

El trato del personal, y lo a gusto que se estaba en el apartamento, tenía dos baños y cocina con todo equipado. La ubicación era ideal si quieres conocer Cádiz.
El precio quizás algo caro para 6 días pero literalmente era lo más barato que encontramos en Cádiz. Solamente pueden hospedarse 3 personas, ya que el sofá no es gran cosa.

I thought that we were getting the larger suite so it was smaller than expected. Fridge was noisy. The hot water takes a long time to come through so wastes a lot of water! Water at kitchen sink never got to the temperature for washing dishes properly.

The location is great! The apartments are clean and modern, if a little bit sterile. Met at the property by Javier who not only took time to go over everything at the apartments (there were 8 of us in 4 apartments), but also walked us through the streets to a main square showing us sites and restaurants. Fabulous!
The TV in a couple apartments were in Spanish and we could not access streaming services in English. Recommend the rental company prepare the apartment for the intended audience, like having tvs available in the right language. Additionally, this is a beach place! If you want to boost your ratings, each apartment should have a collection of beach chairs and beach towels since they do not rent them on the beaches in Cadiz. This would go a long ways in helping to keep people happy. Finally, the biggest problem was the locking system. The problem is when you leave in the morning. If you leave the key on the inside of that lock and close the door on the outside you cannot get back in with another key. What is required is a locksmith. This happened to us as, the day we left one of the four apartment renters closed their door upon leaving with the key on the inside lock. It cost us 150 euro to get a locksmith there to open the apartment. Just to be fair, all of this is written up as instructions inside the apartments, so it really was our fault. It would be helpful if a sign was pasted on the inside door reminding people not used to this type of system, to not leave the key in the inside lock!!

The property is really great. Lovely tasteful furniture with an emphasis on modern comfort The kitchen is lovely with all the things you might need. Beautiful modern bathrooms are welcome along with an extremely central location. The bonus the the fabulous restaurant directly below where the chef de maison gives personal attention. All at a very good rate. Javier who hosts the apartments is a great guy with lots of local knowledge made available on the house website. By the way it´s got 5G WiFi as well so no issues with connections. All round it makes for a great stay.
It´s a cosy internal flat with light mostly from a light well. So you do feel like it a bit inside, but the upside is it´s beautiful and quiet in the middle of the city.

The property is well designed and very comfy. As well, the location is very good.
The only one thing we did not like was that we could hear the noise from another floor tenant through our courtyard window. However, it does not impact night sleep since there is a quiet hour policy.

O inconveniente de todos os apartamentos de cidade é o estacionamento, tem um parque subterrâneo muito perto, a 200 m um pouco caro e por isso resolvemos estacionar em locais públicos a descoberto mas imensamente mais barato. O parque da estação ferroviária de Cádis fica a 700 m e tem sempre lugar.

Excelente ubicación y buena comunicación con la empresa, edificio muy bonito,piso amplio y buena limpieza. Buen detalle dejar cápsulas de café azúcar y aceite, datos para comer y pasear.
el departamento que da al interior sin balcón es algo oscuro pero tiene buen iluminacion de lámparas y apliques, la próxima vez me alojaría en mismo lugar pero en el piso que tiene balcón a la calle, el sillón para sala de estar está bien, para dormir como sillón cama era muy incomodo, la cama matrimonial es agradable.

Nos disculpamos por cualquier inconveniente que haya experimentado en cuanto a la falta de balcón en el apartamento. Sin embargo, estamos contentos de saber que la iluminación del lugar era adecuada gracias a las lámparas y apliques. En cuanto al sofá cama, lamentamos que no haya sido de su total agrado para dormir, aunque nos complace saber que la cama matrimonial fue de su satisfacción.

Todo de 10: el alojamiento, el anfitrión, la ubicación, la facilidad de entrar en Cádiz, llegar al parking público, dejar el coche y caminar hasta el apartamento. Aunque estaba en el centro de la ciudad, por la noche no había problemas de ruido, apartamento muy silencioso. Es un gustazo olvidarse del coche por unos días y poder caminar por toda la ciudad y conocerla a fondo. Una experiencia fantástica 😊

El apartamento era muy bonito y estaba muy bien reformado impecablemente limpio todo tal cual las fotos además había 2 baños muy grandes estuvimos muy cómodos. la guía de la ciudad, que proporcionaban como una página web, era muy exhaustiva y nos ayudó a planear nuestras actividades. Está muy bien gestionado, no dudes en reservarlo!

Solo un detallito; para dos estuvo bien. Para cuatro, que es la capacidad máxima del piso "petit 2", hubieran faltado algunos utensilios de cocina (2 copas de vino, 2 vasos, ningún bol para ensaladas, ningún escurridor). Pero nada que no se pudiera apañar de otra forma. No por esto deja de ser un gran sitio para pasar varios días en Cádiz :)

Excellent location in a traditional building that had a lift. Apartment very well furnished and spacious. Company staff were very efficient and helpful
Only outside window was a small one in one of the bathrooms. Everything else was towards an inner courtyard so could have felt claustrophobic if high season. Given we were there for 5 nights we could have done with a change of towels-however we didn´t ask for this.

Teniendo en cuenta la climatología de Andalucía y su posición geográfica, dependiendo de la humedad y el calor, la presencia de insectos en cualquier apartamento, negocio o casa privada es inevitable. Sin embargo, tenemos en marcha un plan de control de plagas preventiva específico, así como los tratamientos regulares para evitar su presencia en nuestras instalaciones. A really beautiful flat in a great location a few minutes stroll from the heart of the city, yet tucked away enough to be truly peaceful. It had everything I needed for a great stay and Javier the host provided an incredibly efficient check-in, communicating clearly and promptly and generally being wonderfully helpful.

Ventanas a patio interior. Quizás para 4 personas un poco incómodo porque el sofá hacía de cama, pero por otro lado había 2 baños y cocina totalmente equipada. Todo nuevo y decoración muy bonita

El apartamento está recién reformado con muy buen gusto. Fue una inspiración para mí. Nos sentimos muy cómodos, todo estaba limpio y no había ningún problema de privacidad ya que las ventanas dan a un patio interior que solo se pueden ver desde tu piso. Nos entregaron dos juegos de llaves y la zona era muy cómoda y segura. Javier fue muy amable recibiéndonos y nos dio todo tipo de recomendaciones :)
No hay nada que se me ocurre para mejorarlo.
