Fantástico apartamento duplex con dos terrazas privadas en pleno centro de Sevilla.
Está ubicado en la calle Don Pelayo, a unos metros de la Catedral, el Alcázar y el Archivo de Indias, un lugar magnífico en pleno centro de la ciudad.

Huoneiston sijainti oli täydellinen ! Erittäin keskeinen paikka tutustua helposti kaupunkiin. Huoneisto oli siisti ja nykyaikainen. Paikka oli myös rauhallinen, ei melua iltaisin tai öisin. Hyvät sängyt. Saimme myös ohjeen auton pysäköintiin.
Huoneisto sijaitsee 2.kerroksessa ja 3. kerroksessa, eli toinen makuuhuone (ja patio ja auringonottoterassi) olivat 3. kerroksessa. Lisäksi portaat olivat kapeat. Ei sovi kovin iäkkäille tai huonojalkaisille.

La ubicación es muy buena, en el centro ,pero en una calle tranquila. Las comodidad de las camas ,y la limpieza. La vista desde la terraza es muy buena. Se ve parte de la catedral. Y la atención recibida por parte de la empresa es muy buena, en todo momento estaba conectada con ellos y fueron muy agradables. Me facilitaron un parking cercano para aparcar.
Lo único que veo es la incomodidad de tener que subir varios tramos de escaleras.

C´est un beau duplex, situé à deux pas de la cathédrale, de l´Alcazar et des commerces avec un super toit terrasse d´où on voit un petit morceau de la cathédrale. Le logement est très bien équipé et très propre au 2ième et 3ième étage avec quelques marches à monter (pour faire un peu de sport). Il ne manquait rien. L´arrêt de bus Aéroport est à 5mn, ainsi que le port pour les ballades en bateau. Parfait pour 4 à 6 personnes

We stayed in Don Pelayo. We were a group of four adults and the apartment was spacious and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, including the sofa bed. It was extremely hot but the aircon worked perfectly. It was close to all the monuments and numerous bars and restaurants. It was in a quiet, safe street with no traffic. The terraces were lovely but we did not use them because of the heat
The front street door expanded with the heat and would not shut.

La ubicación es perfecta, en pleno casco histórico, para hacer a pie todo el recorrido de los lugares más emblemáticos de Sevilla.
La limpieza: el suelo del baño estaba sucio, en las sábanas encontramos algún pelo y tuvimos cucarachas que aunque entiendo que no es directamente culpa del anfitrión, pero fue desagradable y condicionó el descanso.

Good location which was 5 min walk to all the action of the city. Clean apartment and a very friendly host on arrival. All amenities as listed were there.
The floors and stairs leading up the 2nd floor apartment are uncomfortable for holiday bags to go up. If coming by own vehicle, first drop stuff at the apartment then drop the car to nearest car park. (22 min drive or 8 min walk) .

A huge downside was the awful smell. It was a mix of sewage and the scent of insecticide, presumably from pest control treatment for cockroaches before our arrival. This smell was impossible to get rid of; we tried airing out the apartment by opening the windows, but it didn’t help.

No lift. The apartment is split level, make it even harder, the roof top terrace is full of dust, if step out and come back to the bedroom, you can see the floor is stained. Tiny 2nd bathroom.

It was a very nice two bedroom apartment, bedrooms on different floors with an ensuite each. Perfect for my son and I. Great location, bars and restaurants 1 min walk away.
It wasn’t clean. The white duvet on one of the beds had bright red blood spots and blood smears on the bottom of it. There was thick dust, feathers, elastic band and other rubbish under one of the beds. Dried tooth paste on the bathroom floor, stains on the bathroom wall and kitchen wall. When we reported the blood stains the company offered to change them straight away. We used the washing machine. It finished the work cycle, we opened the door to find our clothes sitting in water. Water spilt on the floor and as we couldn’t find a mop, we walked barefoot and our feet became very black. The company told us if we wanted to use the washing machine again, we should let them know! When the floor became wet I lifted the electric fire and the bottom half of side panel came apart, when I advised the company, they asked if it was still working. No-one came to check it out.

The location is wonderful, very quick walk to the main attractions and restaurants. A very quiet location, both inside and the immediate surrounding area. Good communication with the hosts. Very comfortable beds. Great rooftop terrace.

Lo mejor es la ubicación, pero el apartamento está totalmente reformado y muy nuevo. Te ene una terraza que no tuvimos tiempo de disfrutar pero que tiene pinta de ser muy agradable para un aperitivo o una noche en verano…

The main room, the bed is very comfortable and it’s spacious.
The hotel was right next to trash cans during Semana Santa and it made the surroundings smell. Also it was very pricey for the quality.

The sofa bed, the kettle equipment that does not work, unsuitable glasses, a little old and sewage odors. They do not repeatedly ask for a commitment not to make noises or parties, but the neighbors are obviously not subject to the same obligations

Some of the furniture looked tired in the twin room and ensuite. Outdoor terraces needed painting and the blinds looked a bit grotty, although can appreciate it was must get extremely hot in the summer causing sun damage.

Airy, spacious accommodation fine for 4 people. Lovely large terrace. All facilities you need for a stay.
In the current climate of remote or very brief handovers, could do with an info sheet for things like wi-fi code etc. Easily enough space for 4 people. Shame that access to the 2 x terraces is only via one of the bedrooms, but that is a minor niggle. The en-suite for the bedroom with 2 single beds is a bit cramped. Again, not a deal-breaker.

Second floor bathroom is tight. We did mind but if you are on the bigger size, can be an issue.

Perfect location for cathedral, palace and parks. The apartment was clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to relax on the terraces.
The water tank only gave enough hot water for nearly 2 showers at a time. When there are 4 of you needing to get ready, it meant a couple of cold showers in the morning.

It was convenient to plan our arrival because of the transfer company recommended from Host. The driver was able to communicate with Host allowing us to check in at an earlier time due to the possession around the area.
More information in relation to use of appliances and location for fuse box in the apartment would have been helpful. Unfortunately electricity was tripped due to blown light bulbs and we were running downstairs trying to locate the fuse box. We waited until 9am to call the emergency number.
The flat has been done cheaply, the layout was odd, things didn’t make sense like the en-suite bedroom had twin beds instead of a double bed. The bedroom with the twin beds has access to the roof terrace but the sliding door lock was broken so the children had to sleep in the sofa bed in the living room. There were no smoke detectors, when I pointed it out to the staff, the answer was “they had never had a problem before”

La hora de salida, demasiado temprano para poder aprovechar el domingo mañana ni sábado noche.
Didn´t like the steep quite dangerous steps within the apartment, didn´t realise it would be quite so separate from 2nd bedroom and terrace. Didn´t really use the terrace because of this. upstairs bedroom ensuite like a cupboard. Not very clean, lots of hair on floors and around the beds. bedding didn´t fit the beds properly so wake up to find slept partly on mattress. Read a couple of reviews before we went about a funny smell in the apartment - definately agree, almost like there´s a problem with the drains wafting through the apartment sometimes.

L´emplacement est idéal pour visiter Séville. Le personnel est sympathique, disponible. L´appartement est bien équipé et très propre.
Si l´appartement est globalement agréable, des petits détails ont gâché le séjour: d´abord les plombs n´ont pas arrêté de sauter sans que nous sachions réellement pourquoi, soupçonnant l´utilisation de l´eau chaude. Ensuite, les stores d´une des chambres étaient cassés; nous l´avons signalé, une personne est venue réparer...en vain, les stores n´ont pas fonctionné. Gros inconvénient, la disposition des pièces: la deuxième chambre se trouvait à un étage supérieur, coincée entre les deux terrasses, accessible par un escalier bien dangereux pour des petits enfants (notre dernière a 4 ans). En outre, ce sont les stores de cette chambre qui ne fonctionnaient pas, la transformant en fournaise malgré une clim un peu molle. Bref, des petits tracas, pas bien graves mais pénibles hélas!
There was a bad smell, kitchen and bathroom.The cup in the bathroom needs to be washed.The blinds upstairs didnt work properly.The management was willing to fix. Too many stairs.
Everything was spotlessly clean and the provision of coffee, sugar, olive oil and vinegar, shower gel etc was a nice touch.
We loved the terrace and it was perfect for breakfast and pre dinner drinks.
We can´t recommend this place enough and will return.
Genteel staff were very helpful on check in and handled our requests for taxis to the train station on two occasions. The rooftop deck was wonderful for morning coffee and early evening relaxing before going out for dinner. There are a lot of steps up to the apartment which could be an issue for some people. Our only complaint was the shortage of towels...1 large, 1 small towel per person for six days. The street was quiet at night but on the weekend, there is a bar close by that presented a bit of a problem with noisy patrons. Would highly recommend La Bulla restaurant, two minutes from the apartment...the best meal we had in Seville. We want to come back!

Seul inconvénient pour 5 jours juste une grande serviette et une petite serviette par personne est insuffisant. Il faudrait augmenter le nombre de serviette selon le nombre de nuit.

Pick up and return service to and from airport made it all so easy.
the apartment is up two floors so heavy luggage will be challenging. everything is very clean and well presented. Ideal for a couple, but also workable for 4 persons. The lounge level bedroom and bathroom are the best option as the terrace level bathroom is extremely small with a compacting toilet (noise in the night when used) and a tight space to get into the shower. But everything worked and the roof terrace is a great place to relax. comfortable beds . very reasonably priced and the meeting arrangements worked and having a place to park for a minute or two whilst unloading and loading was a bonus. the car park is a short walk away and at 11 euros for 24 hrs, most reasonable for a city like Sevilla.
