Spectacular fully renovated house located in the center of Marbella. Decorated with attention to details, perfect location, 5 minutes walk from the old town and just 10 minutes walk from the beach.

The building is very quiet. It is located on the sixth floor, very bright apartemnt. It has a nice living room, a small terrace, a perfectly equipped kitchen, three double bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The first bedroom has two 90cm x 190cm beds, the second bedroom has a 150cm x 190cm bed and the third bedroom has a nice hallway, lots of light and two 90cm x 200cm beds.

The ideal house to disconnect and enjoy the best holidays in the urban center of Marbella.

The area has supermarkets, restaurants and all kinds of shops. Very comfortable for those who do not want to travel by car regularly.
