About accommodation

Wonderful apartment located in one of the most exclusive areas of the Costa del Sol, the Golden Mile. The residential area it’s very peaceful and with 24 hour security service. Also, there is a pool open all the year and parking.

In this luminous apartment there is a living room with sofas, armchairs, Smart TV and a dining room for 6 people. From the living room there is access to one of the terraces, where you can enjoy the perfect weather of the Costa del Sol. The terrace it’s equipped with a living room and a dining area.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms. The first one has two 90 cm x 200 cm beds and a built-in closet. In this bedroom there is an en suite bathroom with a shower. From this bedroom we can access to the exterior terrace.

Next, walking down the hallway, there is the first bathroom with a bathtub.

The second bedroom has a 150 cm x 200 cm double bed and a built-in closet. The third bedroom has two 90 cm x 200 cm beds, a TV and a built-in closet. From these two bedrooms it’s possible to access to a second terrace, with a view to the interior area of the building. The terrace also has a living room and a dining table, in this case for four people.

The kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and through the kitchen you can access to the interior terrace.

The house is perfect to disconnect and enjoy the holidays in one of the most exclusive areas of Costa del Sol. The beach and the promenade is 5 minutes away by car. Close to the apartment there are the best restaurants and nightclubs of the Costa del Sol.

A wonderful apartment: Spacious, well decorated, well equipped and with terraces front and back. I cannot imagine finding a more comfortable apartment in Marbella. On top of this the communication was impeccable and our check-in / check-out efficient and informative. Thank you.

Great apartment. Lots of space. Everything in really good condition. Well equipped kitchen. Located close to the prestigious Puerto Banús with great restaurants. And great service from Marcelo during our stay. Who could ask for more? :-)

Great venue, clean and tidy, good facilities
The apartment was very clean and well furnished. The garaging was great and it was secure with a guard at the entrance. It was very quiet and easy to find with Googlemaps.

Fantástica casa, muy amplia, con una terraza increíble, y en una zona muy bien comunicada, a pocos minutos de Marbella y de Puerto Banús. La atención de Marcelo y todo el equipo fue perfecta, tanto antes, como durante e incluso después de nuestra estancia. Totalmente recomendable para pasar unos días en la costa del sol
