Upon entering the house we find a large hall that give access to the different rooms. The kitchen, in addition to having all the necessary utensils, has a dining area. The beach is 10 minutes away by car and the urbanization has a swimming pool open all year and direct access to the golf course. There is parking area enabled throughout the urbanization. Benahavis is a typical Andalusian town of white houses and streets gathered inside the Costa del Sol Occidental, between Marbella, Estepona and Ronda. The peaceful aspect of the villa contrasts with the dynamism of the rest of the municipality, which has a dozen golf courses and an equestrian club.
