La amplitud de la cocina y todo el menaje existente. Había prácticamente de todo lo necesario. Incluso dejaron un pack de aceite y vinagre. La ubicación es muy buena y en el tercer piso no había ningún ruido del exterior, El apartamento está impecable y si bien es cierto que la luz natural es escasa en la sala tienes toda la luz de la ciudad de Cádiz.
