Upon ascending to the third floor and heading to the right down an elegant hallway, our luxurious and bright apartment with views of the lively Calle Compañía is revealed. This avant-garde tourist space radiates a unique charm from the moment the door is opened.
Upon entering, one is greeted by a spacious living room, elegantly furnished with a king size sofa bed (150 x 200 cm), perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration. A sophisticated coffee table and a cutting-edge Smart TV complement the room, creating the perfect atmosphere for home entertainment nights.
The living room opens onto two charming exterior balconies, which flood the space with natural light and offer panoramic views of the bustling city beyond. These balconies are the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the world go by. In parallel, the open concept kitchen, with its modern design and central island, invites guests to prepare their own culinary delights. Equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and surrounded by three elegant bar stools, this kitchen is both functional and attractive, making it the ideal setting for sharing and creating unforgettable memories.
Following the tour of charm and elegance, to the right of the entrance we find the majestic master bedroom. This personal sanctuary is equipped with a luxurious 1.80 x 2.00 m bed, promising nights of restful sleep. A spacious wardrobe and a chest of drawers provide generous storage space, satisfying all your accommodation needs. Complementing the space, a bright exterior balcony offers captivating views of the vibrant Calle Compañía, adding a touch of urban life to this peaceful retreat.
In the most intimate area of the apartment, we discover a beautifully decorated full bathroom. This has a modern shower, shielded by a glass screen, and all the necessary accessories for your comfort. A window overlooking the quiet central courtyard of the building provides soft natural light, creating a serene atmosphere for your self-care routine.
As you ascend by elevator to the fourth floor, our communal terrace with stunning views of the majestic Cadiz cathedral awaits you. This terrace, equipped with a seating area consisting of four chairs and a table, five hammocks and a shower area, is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the Cadiz sun. In addition, we have a laundry room, free for our guests, adding a practical touch to this luxurious accommodation experience
