In the background to the left, a modern elevator provides easy access to our three floors of luxurious apartments, as well as the communal terrace and convenient laundry room. A short walk down the hallway from the elevator and to the right will lead you to your temporary home, an exterior space filled with light and charm.
As you enter the apartment, you are greeted by a beautifully furnished living room that not only shines with comfort and design but also with versatility. Equipped with a large sofa bed (150 x 200 cm) and a coffee table, this gathering space also features a state-of-the-art Smart TV, ideal for leisurely evenings. Adorned with two bright exterior balconies, the living room offers impressive views of the bustling Calle Compañía.
The open and modern kitchen combines functionality and aesthetics perfectly. Fully equipped with all the necessary amenities, this kitchen features a central island that serves as the heart of the apartment, complemented by three elegant bar stools, ideal for informal breakfasts or dinners.
The master bedroom, located to the right upon entering the apartment, offers an intimate and cozy ambiance. The large-sized bed (180 x 200 cm), along with ample wardrobe space and a dresser, ensures a perfect resting and storage area. The bright exterior balcony adds a special touch, providing panoramic views of Calle Compañía.
Finally, the bathroom, located at the rear of the apartment, features a modern shower protected by a glass enclosure. Additionally, it has a window that opens to the central courtyard of the building, ensuring natural light and proper ventilation.
As you ascend the elevator to the fourth floor, our communal terrace awaits you with stunning views of the majestic Cadiz Cathedral. This terrace, equipped with a seating area composed of four chairs and a table, five sun loungers, and a shower area, is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the Cadiz sun. Furthermore, we provide a laundry room, free for our guests, adding a practical touch to this luxurious accommodation experience.
