Escapada a Cádiz Inolvidable
En primer lugar la atención personalizada de Javier, fue muy correcta y al detalle en información tanto de las instalaciones como de la ubicación, así como toda la información del Parking y con una bienvenida EXCELENTE... Muy cómodo con todo lo necesario dentro de las instalaciones, menajes, electrodomésticos, aseo y cuarto de baño completo, salón muy cómodo y amplio para el uso del sofá cama y habitación amplia con cama cómoda y buen armario, mucha luz y muy silencioso... Bien situado en el centro urbano de Cádiz, rodeado de bares, tiendas y plazas con ambiente.

El aire caliente no salía y pasamos un poco de frío… por ponerle un pero, no pudimos dejar las maletas en ningún cuarto hasta la salida de nuestro tren, nos dieron un teléfono de un sitio pero estaba cerrado al ser sábado.

Muy bien situado y personal muy amable
Pequeño para 3 personas, poca iluminación y ventilación y problemas de olores en aseo. La calefacción no se ajusta bien, no se estaba muy confortable térmicamente.

Todo... El apartamento, la localización, el personal que siempre estuvo pendiente y disponible... Nos encantó y volveremos.

The location, the cleanliness and the staff.
It was all indoors and it didn´t indicate it anywhere, and I´m apprehensive in closed places. The shower head had no wall mount.

Lovely modern apartment, great location & hosts
Great location, lovely clean modern apartment in a traditional building. Had everything we could have needed as well as soft towels, toiletries and a comfy bed. Really helpful hints and tips from the staff on places to go and good communication from them.
It was all great, the only thing that put a slight dampner on things was there were a fair few rules, and a contract to sign on arrival - which felt a bit much after a long distance travelled.

Este lugar es muy muy cómodo y bonito . Tiene todo lo necesario para viajeros! Tiene lavadora, microondas, refrigerador, etc... Cerca de supermercados. Excelente ubicacion. Puedes llegar a pie a todo Cádiz! Todo está cerca. Tiene elevador.

Tudo no geral, não temos nada de negativo a apontar… desde a receção do Sr Jesus até ao Sr Javier que esteve sempre em contacto connosco para saber se necessitávamos de algo. Perfeito.

Great! (but a bit small for 3+ people)
The building and apartment looked very nice, clean, new. The location was great, shortish walk to city center and beaches, and located around nice, pedestrian streets with lots of commerce. Staff was super nice, check in was smooth and they gave us a lot of local recommendations.
We were three people, which required us to use the sofa bed which was not the most comfortable (a bit hard and squeaky) and made the apartment feel a bit too crowded with little space.

The location was great - parking was with-in 10 min walk from the unit (14.95 per day rate) tried to use the parking app Interparking but had trouble being able to pay for my parking - the rate would have been 9.95 per day, not a big deal considering we paid 30 euro for parking in Madrid per day earlier in the week. My only compliant is the lack of windows - only one natural light window in the bedroom that is too high up to be able to see out. The living room has a French style door/window that opens into the court yard. So if you like natural light maybe think twice about this place, I wouldn’t want to be staying their in the summer with all the action going on and I can’t see anything or see what the weather is like outside because you look into the inside of the building. Host was good for communication and recommendations in the area and meet us at for check-in. The place was great but I need natural light.

Cadiz is great, and this is great apartement in the heart of the old city, we definitely recommend. Few short notes: - fantastic location - beautiful entrance patio in the house (see photos) - completely renovated building - completely renovated apartment, everything/equipement is new - extremely clean apartment - fully equipped - welcome cold water in the fridge - a lot information by hand about the city - great communication - no problem I will add what is not clear from the photos: The apartment has only one window, it is in the room where is a kitchen + dining table + sofa. This window looks out into the white patio of the house. The bedroom does not have a normal window, it only has a small opening under the ceiling which ventilates the room (the ceilings are high, more than 3m). But it was not problem for short stay.

Emplacement idéal, au calme dans un bel immeuble
La qualité de l´accueil et la disponibilité de l´hôte. Les bonnes adresses et la liste des sites d´intérêt qu´il a partagés avec nous. L´emplacement idéal de l´appartement, son calme. La décoration très contemporaine et de bon goût.
L´annonce ne permet pas de savoir comment est l´appartement que nous réservons, car nous voyons les photos de l´ensemble des appartements gérés par l´hôte, c´est dommage.

La decoración, la ubicación.
Es un apartamento genial para 2 personas, con una más ya es un poco incómodo (baño dentro habitación, no hay TV en la habitación)

Absolutely fantastic stay in Cadiz. The apartment was extremely clean and spacious, with beautiful design and fully equipped. The bed was huge and comfy and we loved the walk in rain shower. The place is even better in real life! Javier checked us in and provided a wealth of local information which was much appreciated. Excellent communication and flexibility. Would 100% stay again. Loved it.

Great stay- would definitely recommend. Javier made the check in process very convenient and was a wealth of information on things to do, places to eat and any other information we needed. Apartment was easy walking distance to all of the main attractions and was finished to a very high standard. Would stay again if in Cadiz.
