En relación al problema de agua caliente, agradecemos su paciencia y comprensión. Estamos trabajando para resolver este asunto, y ya se han tomado algunas medidas como ampliar la capacidad de los termos para evitar quejas futuras.

We are sorry to hear about the problem you had with the water heating system. as it is an electric system, the boiler has a storage capacity of hot water that, if it is completely used up, we must wait for some time for the hot water to be regenerated again. However, we will soon be installing water heaters to help those already installed to have even more capacity.
