The apartment is located in one of the most elegant and modernist buildings of the city, in one of the most exclusive places of Barcelona. One of its advantages is the privilege views which you can obtain from La Pedrera, made by Antonio Gaudi, as well as its extent and its decoration. The boulevard where there the 200m2-apartment is located has dozen of the most important restaurants, shops and leisure areas. In addition, the area has a good transport network.

The apartment is divided on two areas –on the first, which has the exit to Paseo de Gracia, we can find the living room, the dining room, the kitchen and one bedroom; on the second one, which has the exit to the terrace, we can find the five bedrooms, three bathrooms and a W.C. The apartment is positioned to the south, so the silence and the sun are always there. The terrace will be illuminated most of the time and you will relax during your holidays.
