This place made my stay in Cadiz so comfortable and fun! I was right in the heart of all the carnival action, but down a quieter street, so I could come and go as I pleased. It was exactly like the photos, super clean, well stocked, in a wonderful renovated building that mixed old charm with new conveniences beautifully. There’s a market literally a block away, you’re within walking distance of all of old town, and I even walked down to playa Victoria comfortably. My contact was Javier, who was wonderful, very communicative, helpful and quick to respond. Clean, safe, cute and fun! I couldn’t have asked for more.

Lovely space right off one of the major pedestrian streets in Cadiz, but tucked on a side street so there was no noise at night. Professionally managed, so sent over many recommendations of places to eat. Liked the coffee and tea touch as well. Thank you!

Perfect flat in the historical part of Cadiz. Everything is nearby, even a public parking garage. Javier gave us all the information we needed to have wonderful time in Cadiz. On weekends it may be a little bit busy outside, but all the windows keep the noise mostly outside. We would like to come back next time.

❤️ Todo lo necesario en la cocina y La decoración esta muy lograda, con muchos detalles y haciendo muy confortable la estancia. Buena iluminación y situación para pasar unos días en el Centro de Cádiz. Javier te recibe y atiende genial dandote muy buenas indicaciones. Fácil y económico aparcamiento cercano.

What a beautiful spot!
The location was perfect and the property was characterful, comfortable and very well equipped. The local staff couldn´t have been more helpful with check in and their recommendations were all excellent. We ha d a great time.
I cannot think of anything at all!

Great property, very central, good space, and comfortable.

A very well-restored flat offering modern comforts in a simple manner. Ideal for a couple but definitely space for guests. The balconies ensure a feeling of space as well as a first-floor ´ passagiata ´ moment ! Would thoroughly recommend.

Javier is so attentive and caring on arrival and throughout the stay that we had a gorgeous time in Cadiz, helped a great deal by the excellent location of the apartment and fine suggestions via texts re what to do, where to go, what to see and where to eat!! We felt that the stylish and beautiful apartment is possibly more ideal for a couple but the sofa bed works well if there´s a third, preferably a child... Our host looked after us SO BRILLIANTLY and was so responsive to everything, it made our trip most memorable! Wishing you a great season and hope you have heaps and heaps of lettings! D, J and I.

Javier welcomed us and gave us a great summary of Cadiz. His recommendations for bars and restaurants were excellent-authentic variety of places. The apartment is beautiful, very stylish and comfortable. Great shower. Washing machine was useful but only 2 washing sachets provided. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Loved Cadiz and this was v central, nicely decorated and quite quiet. Would go again.

Alojamiento cómodo y con encanto.
La ubicación. La rehabilitación del apartamento y del edificio, respetando el encanto de elementos antiguos, pero dotándole de las comodidades de una vivienda moderna.
No hay nada negativo que destacar.

Wonderful apartment in Old Cadiz, close to buses, restaurants, and shops. Clean and very comfortable. Javier and Silvia were wonderful hosts and responded quickly to any question I had and were lovely and helpful. I would not hesitate to stay in their apartment again on my next visit to Cadiz.

Precioso apartamento, es mas bonito en la realidad que en las fotos. Esta muy bien situado para disfrutar de Cadiz y con un parking muy cerca. Javier es un encanto, que siempre esta atento a todo y tiene muy buenas recomendaciones de la ciudad. Volveremos
