C’est une maison complète, typique de la plus ancienne et classique Séville, la zone la plus traditionnelle et avec plus d’histoire de la ville. Ainsi sont les quelques maisons qui restent complètes dans le quartier de Santa Cruz.
La maison est à court de plantes et de surface, mais il est élevé, ils sont 3 étages accessibles par des escaliers intérieurs. Au rez-de-chaussée, vous avez le salon, une petite toilette et la cuisine entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Au premier étage, nous trouvons une chambre avec un lit double de 1,50 x 2,00 m et une autre chambre avec un lit simple de 0,90 x 2,00 m, les deux avec une porte donnant sur une salle de bain complète accessible pour les deux chambres à coucher. Au deuxième étage, nous trouvons une troisième chambre avec deux lits simples de 0,90 x 2,00 m et une autre chambre simple avec un lit de 0,90 x 2,00, ainsi qu’une salle de bain séparée. Enfin, au 3ème étage, le plus élevé, nous trouvons une petite pièce supplémentaire, avec un canapé semblable à un lit simple, qui peut également être utilisé tel quel par un invité. De là, il sort sur la terrasse privée meublée avec mobilier de jardin.
La rue Argote de Molina est l’une des plus belles et des plus connues du quartier de Santa Cruz, puisqu’elle quitte la Cathédrale et la borde par l’arrière pour se perdre dans les profondeurs du quartier le plus ancien et le plus historique de Séville, l’ancien quartier Judería.
Dans les environs de la maison, vous trouverez les bars et restaurants les plus typiques et traditionnels de Séville, où vous pourrez déguster les meilleures tapas à des prix incroyables! En plus de quelques mètres, vous trouverez des supermarchés, des clubs de flamenco, des magasins, etc.

This unit is very dark, had cockroaches, and a smell of sewage in two bathrooms. It had lights that didn’t work and an electrical plug issue in kitchen.

La casa es bonita y a pesar de las medidas de modernización que se han llevado a cabo, ha preservado parte del encanto de las casas antiguas de Sevilla. (por ejemplo las baldosas, la puerta de entrada). La distribución de la habitación en varios pisos es muy atractiva.
Había mucho ruido por la noche debido a la ubicación, que es muy popular entre los turistas. En la habitación de arriba del techo hacía muchísimo calor a mediados de septiembre sin aire acondicionado. Sin embargo, algunos preferimos el calor del aire acondicionado, bastante ruidoso.

Camas muy cómodas. Aire acondicionado en todas las estancias. Lavabos limpios, sabanas y toallas limpias.
Habitaciones repartidas en las tres plantas superiores, un poco incomodo si viajas con niños o personas mayores.

Su Booking c´è scritto che sono presenti i bidet in bagno ma non ci sono, la pulizia delle camere potrebbe essere migliore. La camera all´ultimo piano potrebbe essere più curata come le restanti camere.

Don’t be misled by the photos of this property. It is much smaller than it looks. The roof terrace was unusable for most of the day as there was no umbrella and the comp at did not even respond to my request enquiring about it’s whereabouts. I was disappointed by this accommodation.

We have been checking this and we have seen that from our Reservations Department we answered that we were going to inform our Incidents Department to help you and indicate where to find it. Our colleague of the Department of Incidents sent you a whattsap that afternoon indicating that the umbrella was inside the room of the terrace. That whattsap was received and read from your phone and we got no more response, so we understood that you found it. If this was not the case, we would like to apologize and we would have liked to have indicated it so that our staff would go to your apartment. We hope that despite this you have enjoyed your stay in Seville.

Limpieza excelente, habitaciones confortables y camas muy cómodas. Totalmente equipado.
No hay calefacción y pasamos frío. Solo hay aire acondicionado con calor y no es suficiente para los meses de febrero y marzo. El cubo de basura estaba al lado de la puerta con basura hasta arriba todo el fin de semana

Estimada Cristina, gracias por su comentario. Nos alegra mucho saber que les ha gustado el apartamento en cuanto a a su limpieza, confort y completo equipamiento. No entendemos mucho a qué se refiere cuando dice que han pasado frio al tener sólo aire acondicionado con calor. Hemos revisado los splits de la casa y funcionan correctamente, tanto para frío (aire acondicionado), como en modo calefacción. Quizá se debió a qué no sabían como configurarlo de manera correcta. Por otro lado, nosotros no podemos controlar donde el ayuntamiento coloca los contenedores de basura, pero precisamente esa cercanía resulta muy cómoda a la mayoría de nuestros clientes a la hora de poder tirar la basura sin tener que desplazarse apenas. En cualquier caso, nos alegra saber que han disfrutado de su estancia. Saludos
