Regarding the swimming pool, we regret any confusion about its availability. As is common in residential buildings, the pool is only open during the summer season. The opening period, from June 1st to September 30th, is stated on our website in order to prevent misunderstandings. Nevertheless, we understand that this may not have been entirely clear at the time of your booking, and for this reason, as an exceptional gesture, we offered you the option to cancel your reservation free of charge. However, you chose to proceed with your stay, which we understood as confirmation that the accommodation continued to meet your needs.
With respect to luggage drop-off, we would like to kindly remind you that we do not have a physical reception at the building. Although we always do our best to accommodate all guest requests, the absence of an on-site reception can occasionally make it more difficult to coordinate services such as luggage storage. Even so, we make every effort to assist whenever possible, and we are sorry if this aspect caused you any inconvenience.

Regarding the seasonal availability of the pool, this information is always clearly stated both on the property listing and again in the booking confirmation. Transparency is one of our core values, and we do everything possible to ensure that all relevant details are available to avoid any misunderstandings. For this reason, we always encourage our guests to carefully read all the provided information before confirming any booking, in order to avoid occasional confusion.
As for the condition of the apartment upon your arrival, we sincerely apologize if the cleanliness did not meet the high standards to which we are fully committed. That said, it is important to highlight that our team remained attentive and responsive throughout your stay. We immediately proposed appropriate solutions to address the situation, which you kindly accepted. However, we regret that despite our efforts to make your stay as comfortable as possible, this was not enough for you to enjoy your time with us.
