Appartement idéalement situé en face de la mairie de Séville, en plein centre historique donc et proche de tous les centres d’intérêt de cette belle ville. La décoration est simple et chic, le lit confortable et la pièce principale est climatisée. Pas besoin de clé, deux serrures à code permettent d’entrer dans l’immeuble puis dans l’appartement. Ascenseur très pratique lorsqu’on a des valises encombrantes.
Pas de lave-vaisselle, un lave linge mais sans fonction sèche linge donc un peu inutile… manque certains accessoires de cuisine comme une passoire, un torchon et des produits de base comme sel, poivre et huile. Peut-être deux capsules de café en guise de bienvenue ? ;) Nous n’avons pas eu de chance car nous avons subi le démontage des installations de la semaine sainte tous les matins à partir de 7h30 et c’était dur, l’appartement n’étant pas très bien phoniquement isolé. Les cloches de la mairie aussi, elles marquent toutes les heures et les demi-heures même la nuit…
The Apartment was beautiful and absolute great location.
Pillows uncomfortable but the bed was fine. No dish cloths .
The negative about being in such a central location is the noise. Church bells all the way through the night and construction for an event right outside from early morning.
Beautiful modern, comfortable apartment right in the heart of the city. Felt really secure and cared for. The bed was so comfortable with lovely bedding. The bathroom is elegant with lots of little touches like shower gel, hairdryer and lots of towels! A small kitchen area and a comfy sofa with the best view made it an ideal stay for us.
Nothing. We’d return in a heartbeat. Yes, a bit of noise but you’re in the centre of Seville - it’s expected. Pack your ear plugs and you’ll be fine.

Petit bémol : l´insonorisation extérieure. La qualité des châssis est pourtant bonne mais il y a tout de même un passage du bruit extérieur important.

Prachtig appartement, midden in het oude centrum. Dicht bij alle bezienswaardigheden.
No hay aparcamiento en la zona, nosotros aparcamos un poco lejos en un parking gratuito y en los 3 días que estuvimos en Sevilla no movimos el coche porque hay mucha escasez de aparcamiento. El apartamento tiene un pequeño calentador de agua y después de 10 minutos de ducharse se acaba el agua caliente y luego hay que esperar a que el calentador recaliente el agua, fuera de eso todo estuvo bien.

Es maravilloso saber que apreció estar a poca distancia a pie de las principales atracciones, tiendas y lugares de ocio nocturno, así como contar con comodidades modernas como acceso a Netflix, un frigorífico y un balcón con vistas a la plaza central.
En cuanto al aparcamiento, nos gustaría aclarar que, dada la ubicación privilegiada del apartamento cerca de la Catedral y otros importantes monumentos situados en una zona peatonal, el acceso en coche está restringido para preservar el medio ambiente y permitir que todos disfruten de una ciudad menos contaminada y más transitable. Dicho esto, hay numerosos aparcamientos disponibles en las inmediaciones, y siempre nos esforzamos por recomendar las opciones más convenientes para nuestros huéspedes. Además, como ha señalado, no es necesario disponer de coche para explorar el centro de la ciudad, ya que todas las principales atracciones están fácilmente accesibles a pie. También agradecemos sus comentarios sobre el calentador de agua y los tendremos en cuenta para futuras mejoras.

Respecto a su observación sobre el almacenamiento de equipaje, lamentamos cualquier inconveniente ocasionado. No obstante, es importante resaltar que, debido a la presencia de otros huéspedes y a la necesidad de realizar una limpieza a fondo tras su salida, no siempre es posible ofrecer un servicio de consigna en el apartamento antes del check-in. Además, al no contar con una recepción física en el edificio, este servicio no puede ofrecerse directamente en el lugar.

Great location
For me the mattress was awful, but it s just me. We had a problem with the organic trash, i couldn t find The bins, but the owner helped us. Great comunication and great tips from them. I would strongly recomand.

The apartment exceeded our expectations—it´s even more beautiful and cozy than in the photos. The decor and lighting are highlights. The bed and sofa are very comfortable, and despite its small size, the kitchen is well-equipped. The location was also a major plus, right in the heart of the Casco Antiguo, just a few minutes´ walk from all the main tourist spots in Seville. And to top it off, there´s a wonderful terrace in the building. 100% recommended! If I return to Seville, I will definitely stay here again.

La pulizia, come hanno organizzato gli spazi, la cucina era piccola ma tutto era gestibile, il bagno pulito e gli asciugamani profumati. A livello di sicurezza ho apprezzato molto il doppio codice per accedere (uno per la porta condominiale e uno per l’appartamento).
Avrei messo qualche bicchiere in più (soprattutto per l’acqua dato che era solo uno) e una padella un po’ più grande.
