En situaciones de uso intensivo y consecutivo, puede notarse un breve intervalo mientras el sistema recupera la temperatura, algo inherente a esta tecnología. No obstante, confiamos en que su rendimiento general sigue siendo de alta calidad. This is a great location and the service was fantastic. There were 1 or 2 minor issues that popped as they always do for a longer stay and the hosts handled them quickly and efficiently. There were ample supplies (oil & vinegar, coffee pods, etc.) and plenty of towels and the list of suggestions for restaurants, sightseeing and others hints was very helpful.
I travel a lot (126 countries) and this was one of the best places that I have stayed at with great service.

¡Me parece una vergüenza, la falta de sensibilidad con el vecino! Estuvimos con dos personas mayores, de más de 70 años.El check out es a las 11 y no hay la más mínima posibilidad de negociar, aunque intentes pagar una cantidad para poder quedarte más tiempo. Nos indicaron un sitio para dejar el equipaje, pagamos y tuvimos que andar hasta las 15, porque nuestro tren era a las 17. Entiendo que no es un problema de la red que alquila el apartamento, pero la próxima vez daré prioridad a los hoteles. ¡Sugiero que estén atentos a los horarios para que no sufran estrés innecesario!

Respecto al cuarto de baño, hemos tomado nota de su comentario y abordaremos este problema de inmediato. Por otro lado, en cuanto al proceso de check-out. Nos gustaría aclarar que, aunque nos esforzamos por atender las necesidades de todos nuestros huéspedes, hay circunstancias ajenas a nuestro control que a veces nos impiden cumplir con todas las solicitudes. En su caso, no pudimos ofrecer un check-out tardío porque el apartamento debía ser preparado para el siguiente huésped. Esto resalta la importancia de cumplir con nuestros horarios establecidos para poder ofrecer el mejor servicio posible a todos nuestros clientes. No obstante, esperamos que la consigna para equipaje ubicada a solo un minuto a pie de nuestro alojamiento haya sido de ayuda para que pudiera disfrutar de sus últimas horas en la ciudad sin la carga de su equipaje.

The position was great, very comfortable furniture, a bathroom for each bedroom. The apartment was quiet, considering that it was in middle of old town.
You have to go through upstairs bedroom to get to the very nice rooftop terrace. Getting to the parking station closest to flat, on Plaza Nuevo, was a bit difficult, very narrow streets. Discarding rubbish bags was tricky, you have to find a bin out in town, to put yout rubbish bag into

Navigating the narrow streets of the old town, both for parking and waste disposal, can be a unique experience due to the centuries-old layout of the city. To assist our guests, we provide a QR code with information on waste disposal, which can be helpful when finding the nearest bins in the city.
We´re delighted that you found the apartment quiet and well-equipped with comfortable furniture and separate bathrooms for each bedroom. Quando fizemos a pesquisa com a opção de estacionamento não é referido que o estacionamento não está incluído. Só depois de confirmada a reserva aparece o estacionamento a 10 minutos a pé do alojamento. Como tal, não está incluído e custa cerca de 18€/dia A informação deveria estar mais explícita.

Great location for sightseeing. Decor very nice and beds were so comfortable (10/10). Lovely rooftop terrace was very handy. Quiet inside flat but outside the hustle and bustle of city life - quite a contrast!
No large dinner plates in apartment kitchen - plenty of everything else though. Wasn´t too keen on getting rid of rubbish which we had to dispose of a little way from Apartment!
