Location was superb, it was very close to Seville´s attractions and fine restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay there.
Just to let the owners know that the right hand bed light was hanging only by the neutral wire of the light circuit. We did not use it. It needs to be made safe. Other than that the apartment was very well equipped and clean. We were offered an additional cleaning and fresh towels half way throughout our stay which was very welcome.

Perfecte locatie, heel rustig, maar toch middenin centrum. Prachtig appartement, 2 verdiepingen, van alle gemakken voorzien, airconditioning, heel ruim, groot dakterras plus nog een grote patio. Aardige verhuurders.
1 minpunt; er is nagenoeg geen waterdruk, niet in de douches en niet bij de kranen bij wasbakken. Soms echt nul water uit de kraan om bijv je tanden te kunnen poetsen! Dan moest je naar beneden lopen om een andere te proberen.

Primero, semanas antes del viaje nos escribieron que íbamos a recibir otro departamento, ya que el que reservamos tenia un problema con el aire acondicionado. The apartment could do with painting in some areas, such as the outside patio area. The bathroom fittings were also water damaged, which was just cosmetic but there was a slight smell from the sinks, most likely caused by not using u-bends in the plumbing to stop the smell coming back up the drain. The table in the sitting area was just some black metal with a loose sheet of chipboard with a mirror placed on top. At best, this looked bad and at worse it was moving and could easily slide off.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Wir konnten früher einchecken, dank der Flexibilität von Celia vor Ort. Positiv fanden wir auch, dass man (mit entsprechendem Schlüssel) mit dem Aufzug direkt in die Wohnung fahren konnte. Die Möbel sind ansprechend, auch die Möblierung der beiden Terrassen hat uns gefallen. Die Terrassen sind ein großes Plus der Wohnung. Die Betten sind sehr gut. Angenehm überrascht waren wir, als Mitte der Woche Bettwäsche und Handtücher gewechselt wurden. Tabs für Spül- und Waschmaschine waren vorhanden. Beide Maschinen funktionierten auch einwandfrei. WLAN super.
Aufgrund des Mietpreises (2.000 Euro) hatten wir eine andere Erwartung an die Wohnung. Die Küchenausstattung ist äußerst spärlich. Anfangs waren nur 2 Teelöffel und 4 Weingläser da, gerade mal eine Pfanne, um Beispiele zu nennen. Dass es sich bei der Wohnung um eine Maisonette handelt, war uns aufgrund der Beschreibung nicht klar. Die abgebildete Wendeltreppe vermuteten wir als Zugang zur Dachterrasse. Allerdings ist hierüber auch das 2. Schlafzimmer mit Bad zu betreten, was eine gewisse Gelenkigkeit voraussetzt. Für große und etwas kräftigere Personen nicht geeignet! Geradezu enttäuschend ist das zugehörige Bad. Keinerlei Ablagemöglichkeiten vorhanden, ziemlich eng, kein Haartrockner. So musste das Bügelbrett als Ablage herhalten. Bei beiden Bädern ist zu sagen, dass man beim Duschen Geduld haben muss - mal kommt Wasser, mal setzt es kurzzeitig aus. Der Schrank für das obere Zimmer steht auf einem Podest, Zugang über ein schmales Metalltreppchen...

We are really sorry for the exceptional wait you experienced upon your arrival, and we are very sorry for any misunderstanding regarding the location. Although we would like to point out that the exact address of the apartment was sent to you after the reservation was confirmed, and after that a couple a days befor eyour arrival. We are not sure about the reason you were not able to find the apartment.

Very good position and friendly hosts. Three hosts wrote me in time and ready to help at all times. The flat is big and comfortable. Clean and the facilities are in good condition.

Thank you for your review Sonia. We are sorry if the apartment didn´t meet your expectations. Note that it´s located in the heart of Seville and it´s very difficult to drive there, so we offer an agreement with a nearby public parking. Of course we tried to fix all the issues that you found and we were at your disposal during your stay because we allways try to guarantee the quality in our apartments. Le logement en lui est très bien conçu , mais la finition de certaines pièces n´on t pas été pensées , en particuliers l´accès à la partie rangement de la chambre parentale ( trop bas de plafond 1,60 m , et garde-fou mal calculés 35cm !!! ) ! En dehors de cela l´appartement est exceptionnel ! l´accessibilité interieure , le confort , la fonctionnalité tout !!
Déjà , ne pas être informé que l´accès n´est possible qu´à pieds pour cause de travaux , c´est pas le top pour Genteel Home ! Mais cela confirme la qualité déplorable du "check in" ! Pas de visite de l´étage supérieur et pourtant l´état des canapé et bains de soleil de la terrasse aurait été idéal à voir ! Un site qui se dit Espagnol Anglais et Français ;; Dommage notre "LOLA" ne parlait qu´anglais ( enfin ne comprenait peut être aussi que ce qu´elle voulait !) On passera sur le fait que le lave vaisselle n´a pas voulu fonctionner , ceci étant certaines assiettes ne rentraient pas dedans ! Un boitier d´alarme/ fumée pendouillant dans la chambre du bas ! Bref , il va falloir soigner la présentation des lieux et surtout le vérifier dans un vrai "Check in" !!
Het appartement was fantastisch : een persoonlijke lift die uitkomt in de hal - 2 mooie zonneterrassen - 2 badkamers - 3 toiletten - alles proper en hygiënisch … TOP
2 kleine minpuntjes maar dan ben ik aan het muggenziften. De douche op het eerste was een instapdouche maar het water liep in de badkamer. Het andere minpuntje was dat alles wat klein was (ik liep dikwijls met mijn hoofd ergens tegen, en ik ben al niet groot).
Die Schlüsselübergabe fand um 16.00 statt. Ich hatte gemeldet dass meine Töchter um 15.00 am Appartement stehen würden. Leider kam die Türöffnerin erst nach 2 Anrufen . Die Töchter standen 1 Std. im Regen. Auch finden wir nicht gut, dass man das Gepäck 18 Gehminuten entfernt bei der Abreise deponieren muss. Gibt es da nicht eine nähere Gelegenheit. Oder man könnte das Gepäck noch in der Wohnung stehen lassen. Unsere Abflugszeit war 15.00 . So hatten wir eine lange Wartezeit am Flughafen. Es war ganz toll, ausser die obenangeführten Punkte

Dear Brigitte, we are sorry for the late check-in. Due to the heavy rain that day, there were many delays in receiving all guests and that delayed us a bit. On the other hand, having no physical reception in the building and having another reservation for that day, we needed to clean and prepare the apartment for new clients, so we could not allow you to leave the luggage there any longer and we offered you the possibility of using the company consigns luggage. We are glad to know that despite this you have enjoyed your stay in Seville. Regards
We used the top apartment with patio and it is really fabulous. Brand new, quiet, well equipped and great beds. Having a patio is really nice for breakfast and afternoon reading, The apartment is located just outside the most touristy areas and near to Plaza de la Gavidia, which is a lively area all day round. And with a decent walk, you are in hte real city centre for all the tourist sights.
The shower at the front room has no door, which means some water is running in the bath room. After 2 showers, no hot water remainedon the first day. Possibility for luggage storage is not very guest friendly / a no go (at different location and additional payment)
