Very friendly, great communication. Everything you might need on your trip is thought of. From a list with recommendations for restaurants, breakfast and lunchbars to all the places to see. And they offers to assist in booking trips. Genteelhome really does everything in it´s power to make the stay as comfortable as possible. And of course a very nice, neat and clean apartment with everything you might need and more, on a perfect location with the city center surrounding you. The balcony is very Cosy but fits 2 persons for a breakfast in the morning sun. I really would recommended this to anyone visiting Sevilla!

A wonderful time in Seville despite the weather!!
I was met at the apartment by Victor, who showed me around and explained how to get any information I needed either through the QR code on the door or by contacting the office from 09.00 to 21.00. The apartment (Santa Marta II) is in a block of apartments in a type of precinct. There are two lifts, both of which work. The public space in the building is very clean as is the apartment itself. Security wise it felt very secure and at night the gates at either side of entrance to the walkway are locked, therefore there was no street noise at all. Some kitchen necessities like water, capsules for coffee, sugar sachets and some oil were provided. There’s a Carrefour express at one end of the walkway from the apartment to satisfy requirements for a short stay and an Aldi about 5 minutes or less. As well as a coffee machine, the apartment has an electric kettle and toaster, and a range of pots and pans, together with a microwave. The hob is induction with two rings, however there is no oven. This didn’t bother me in the slightest as I didn’t come on holiday to oven cook my dinner!!!!The bathroom was spotless and decent shower gel, soap and shampoo were provided. The apartment has a dishwasher, not full size but perfect for apartment and a washing machine. Capsules for both were provided along with a clothes horse, ironing board and iron, and a step ladder to reach the tall cupboards. There are two decent places to eat on the square at one end of the walkway, and another bar at the other end, all very popular with the locals. The apartment is about 20 minutes walk from the Cathedral and is very close to a vibrant shopping area. The bus stop to the station is very near, just down Calle Orfila and across the road. All in all a great stay.

É muito bem localizado, mesmo ao lado das setas, tem um supermercado mesmo à porta assim como muitos restaurantes bons e giros muito perto. O apartamento estava muito bem equipado e as camas eram confortáveis.
O chuveiro de cima funcionava mal porque estava entupido e o lavatório também estava entupido e escoava mal a água mas dava para usar perfeitamente. Só tinha edredões e não lençóis de cima, o que, nas noites quentes era desconfortável. Mesmo com ar condicionado. O lençol de baixo do sofá da sala era demasiado pequeno para a dimensão. Mas deu para as crianças dormirem bem. Tudo isto são pormenores que se corrigem facilmente.

Muy buena ubicación. Al lado de la zona centro pero en una calle tranquila y silenciosa. El apartamento en sí está muy bien equipado, es bonito y cómodo. Realmente hay de todo lo necesario para poder pasar varios días.
Olor de las cañerías. Además se filtran los olores de los pisos de alrededor.

Great Apartment in perfect location
The location was amazing being right behind Las Setas, but in a really quiet block of apartments so you could get a peaceful sleep. The apartment was well appointed, had everything required for a week-long stay, and our host was very friendly and easy to contact. The terrace was just big enough for 2 to enjoy a morning coffee. Air con was a welcome necessity. The apartment was exactly as in the pictures so very happy with it. And the city itself exceeded expectations, it´s truly stunning.
The front door had a ´knack´ to it so you had to pull it in tight as you turned the key to open it, it took us a while to figure that out. The bar stools were a little wobbly to sit on.

A localização é excelente, uma região bem movimentada, dá para conhecer Sevilha a pé , além de ter mercados, restaurantes e farmácia ao redor do apartamento. Mesmo estando numa região movimentada o apartamento é bem silencioso. As fotos representam bem o apartamento e possui todos os utensílios necessários para a estadia do hóspede.

This apartment in Seville is located in a very good area, and is in a gated community that is residential which made us feel safe. Check-in was smooth and the host (Teresa) was exceptionally helpful and responsive. she gave us many good local recommendations for food and drinks. One thing to note is that if you arrive after 9 PM (like we did) you will be charged an additional €30. If you arrive after midnight there is an additional €50 charge, which prospective guests should be aware of. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities we needed including a washing machine, iron, coffee maker, and basic kitchen utensils. There’s a lovely balcony outside and AC inside which helps in the very hot temperatures that Sevilla is known for. My friends and I would definitely stay again, and we would try to make sure that we arrive earlier in the day to avoid the additional charges.

La ubicación era muy buena y la atención del chico que nos recibió también. La habitación estaba muy completa
Había polvo (no una cosa exagerada, pero había). Un olor en las tuberías horrible (cosa que pregunté antes de ir y me dijeron que solo en verano, pues no), el último día a las 11 puntual la chica de la limpieza no "echó" de muy malas formas (si nos ves que estamos sacando las maletas...chica espera unos minutos, solo le pedimos que si podía quedarse mi suegra y mi madre mientras íbamos a por el coche, para no quedarse abajo solas... Pues no) Y por último la habitación es suuuper pequeña, en comparación a las fotos ...entonces no entiendo las 4 estrellas....ya que tienen habitaciones buenas y malas y no sabes cuál te va a tocar.... A y por cierto, el sofá cama estaba roto y los canales de TV iban con muchas interferencias, hasta el punto que decidimos apagarla...

Apartamento pequeño pero completo
Cocina equipada con lavavajillas y lavadora, utensilios de cocina, cafetera, tostadora... Cama cómoda y sofá cama equipado con sábanas limpias. Zona tranquila con supermercado en la puerta. Buena iluminación en el baño para maquillarse o afeitarse.
No tiene horno y quizás le falte un perchero en la entrada. No hay mesa para comer, sólo una barra con 3 taburetes, éramos 4 y eso nos resultó un poco incómodo, si es para desayunar bien, pero si quieres cenar no hay espacio.

El apartamento está ubicado cerca de todos los sitios interesantes en una residencia muy tranquila y segura. Tiene la cocina bien equipada. Todo muy limpio. El personal es muy amable.
No hay ningún almacén para guardar las maletas antes del check in y después del check out. Pedimos una cama doble, pero en realidad eran 2 camas individuales juntadas.

Ubicado en una zona tranquila y céntrica. Con todo lo necesario para el día a día. Moderno y cómodo.
Echamos en falta un perchero para los abrigos.

La ubicación es muy buena. El apartamento está muy bien y limpio. Las recomendaciones del personal fueron muy buenas!

Per 4 persone l appartamento un po´ piccolo forse, divano letto non preparato, l abbiamo dovuto sistemare da soli e niente federe per i cuscini del divano letto che non è comodo per due persone

Ideal location to do everything on foot. Apartment very well equipped and in a courtyard set back from the street so quiet. Very friendly reception staff and easy steps with Whatsapp to meet. Price offer for a nearby parking which is very nice.
As often in Spain the sound insulation is very bad....we heard a lot of neighbors. No noise from the street. Another negative point of the smell of pipes in the apartment coming from the bathroom.

Que estaba perfectamente descrito en la página de Booking, era tal cual se anunciaba La calidad del wifi estupenda
La limpieza de lo que no es el suelo (aunque un poco también), en especial la de las puertas de armarios y cristalería de las lámparas. El sofá cama olía mal, a persona sin asearse. El aire acondicionado del salón perdía agua de condensación y, aunque el anfitrión lo arregló rápidamente, se podía comprobar que era una avería recurrente ya que el marco de la puerta debajo del split estaba totalmente deformado y despintado a causa de la humedad

Location is the perfect! In the center of Seville! Near the mushroom! Toilet was adequate clean! Floor not as that much clean! Bad surprise at the beginning when the employee of the Gentle House demanded to take pictures by her PERSONAL phone of our passports and one credit card claiming that was normal, and is getting used to Hotels!!!

Echamos en falta un espacio algo más cómodo para comer y cenar. Éramos 4 personas (2 adultos y 2 niños) pero solo había día taburetes altos para usar en la encimera. Si hubiera más banquetas, al menos se podría comer o cenar a la vez.

Tout était parfait. L´appartement est bien situé et tous les monuments historique sont vraiment à côté, pas besoin d´utiliser la voiture ou les transport en communs. Propreté exemplaire. L´appartement était bien équipé, même les pastilles de lave vaisselle et lave linge étaient disponibles. Je recommande fortement

What a fantastic apartment in an ideal location! The apartment was very well presented and clean. The communication with the host was very quick and they let me keep my bags in the room before it was ready for check in which I was very grateful for. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Hard to locate. You have to find No. 2 and then enter the gate. The apartments can be a little more generous. We ran out of body wash and did not get extra from the staff. Then had to buy one from the Carrefour nearby only for one extra day. For short stays- extras should be given. Same thing happened with sugar satchets and tea. Should provide enough in the beginning because it is awkward to ask.

Wonderful stay in Seville
Everything about this flat is great! It´s in a great location, new, clean, has a great layout. The check-in and check-out experience was very smooth. Would absolutely recommend!

The apartment was clean and spacious. It had great AC, good wifi, and also we really appreciated the free coffee pods, chocolates, and bottled water. But communication and check-in were really rough. The management company messaged me both here and in WhatsApp asking us to please send a precise check-in time to their “check-in person,” a random WhatsApp number that they apparently could not forward the information to. We did so. Then that person asked us again - hours later - what our check-in time was again, although we’d messaged it to her and the company. We told her again. We were at the building entrance (which was not marked or clearly described in the listing, but we found it) right when we told her we would be. She did not show. We messaged the booking company. They did not respond. We called the check-in person’s number (she did not call us first) once it was ten minutes past the arranged time. She told us she’d be there soon and would not give us a precise time. “I’ll be there soon, ok?” she said, sounding irritated. We sat on the steps of the building for almost 40 minutes before she arrived. When she got there, she said she was sorry for running late, but she seemed irritated with US. We’re pretty easygoing people so we tried to shrug it off. Once in the apartment, it was very nice and she gave us a map of her favorite places to eat nearby. Hours later, the booking company finally messaged us back. They responded to the message we’d sent 10 minutes into waiting. Instead of confirming we’d gotten in, asking how long we had to wait (a total of 40 minutes sitting on the street with our bags), or offering a sincere apology, they said, “We’re sorry you had to wait ten minutes, Michael. Sometimes unforeseen things happen. One of those happened to my colleague today.” It felt very condescending. The final straw was the morning we left. We had to catch a flight and had scheduled an Uber to the airport. We left the keys in the apt as instructed, exited the building door - which locked behind us - and went to one of the building complex gates. We discovered it was locked from the inside with no discernible exit button anywhere. The other gate was the same. (Both are inside a kind of tunnel, so we couldn’t have climbed over the gates if it came to that.) We couldn’t go back into the building, and we couldn’t get out of the complex. We were locked in a courtyard area and were going to miss our scheduled Uber and our flight. Thankfully, we were lucky enough to catch a local at that early hour who told us there was an exit button in a very non-intuitive place, 20 feet from the gate. The fact that this was not communicated by the company or the Airbnb owner is truly mind-blowing. It was really quite alarming to be trapped behind a gate and not know how to get out. We’ve stayed at 8 other Airbnb’s in the last month in Spain alone, and we’ve never had issues like this. If the booking company and lister make an effort to fix these things, then I’d recommend staying here. It was a lovely modern interior with great AC in a central location and decent wifi. But until they fix the check-in process and communication in general (especially about keys and gates!), I absolutely do not recommend this place.

Wonderful spot! Super clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Everything I needed was there and I even received a welcome gift and kind note when I arrived. Check in was simple and I enjoyed spending my mornings sitting on the cute little porch drinking coffee.

Aunque es pequeño el apartamento es extremadamente cómodo. En la cocina tienes todo lo que se pueda necesitar para cocinar, el baño es amplio y el apartamento tiene dos unidades de aire acondicionado que ayudan a mantener todo el espacio a una temperatura cómoda. Está ubicado justo en frente de la metropolis sombrilla, por lo que tiene una ubicación céntrica que permite visitar la ciudad sin tener que usar el coche. En cuanto al parking, la empresa que gestiona el apartamento tiene un acuerdo con un parque a unos 5 minutos andando (15€ por día, el parque es muy grande y siempre tiene plazas disponibles).
