Desde la entrada del apartamento accedemos a un pequeño hall y a un pasillo que comunica directamente con la primera habitación. Esta tiene una cama de matrimonio, un gran armario empotrado y un baño completo en suite con ducha.

El apartamento sucio, había polvo por todos lados, desde la cocina hasta las habitaciones. Nos alojamos 2 noches con niños, así que fue un buen inconveniente. La cama de matrimonio vieja con los muelles del colchón que se podían tocar. La habitación contigua a la puerta de entrada no estaba insonorizada por lo que se escuchaba a la gente que emitía en los otros apartamentos.

Badkamers waren een beetje smoezelig (vieze kitranden, water loopt uit de douchebak, her en der schimmel). Slaapkamer 1 heeft een heel hard bed.

The staff does not use the instant message via booking, but only in Whatsup. As I can not use whatsup, it is difficult to contact the staff. We have six persons, but only provided 4 duvets.

La ubicación es excelente!!!
Lo mejor la ubicación, en todo el centro del casco antiguo. El apartamento bien aunque en las fotos gana más y la cocina muy justa de utensilios aunque fue lo de menos por hacer las comidas fuera del alojamiento.
A 2 días de alojarnos se nos avisó que solo disponíamos de un baño, sin dar opciones a buscar otro alojamiento con las mismas prestaciones, cuando era uno de nuestros requisitos siendo 5 personas las que viajábamos.

디지털 시대에 열쇠로 1층 현관을 여는 방법은 조금 불편할 수도 있지만 세비야 현지 아파트에서 지내볼 수 있는 좋은 경험이기도 했어요. 저는 아쉬운 부분 없이 너무 편하게 지냈습니다.

The location, the customer service, the property itself is exactly like the photos. Everything you need to be comfortable was there. They even had the AC running so when we arrived we could cool down & also had a bottle of cold water ready for us! The checkout process was the easiest I’ve ever had.
There is no where to park a car if you have one; luckily we returned ours right before we checked in!

The location was amazing. The view was beautiful and very good value for money. They also offered a local guide for tips. Gave us a late checkout when we asked for which we are very grateful. :)
Hard to say. The only thing we missed was there was coffee but no tea but that is nothing to complain about.

The best location! Walking distance to everything: main attractions, great restaurants, a small park for the kids. Comfortable and safe apartment. Friendly and helpful staff.
There was a leaking problem with the shower but the staff was immediately responsive and sent someone to fix it.

The initial apartment in constitución was not right for us because there was building work going on in the building and we travel with a baby. But I have to say the staff was absolutely AMAZING! Very quickly they offered us another apartment very close by and ended up being perfect for us. I really appreciate how the staff looked after put request quickly so we could have a great holiday. Both apartments were great for babies
The lift on the initial apartment broke down but the team called an engineer the same day.

De lakens liggen rechtstreeks op de matrassen. Daar zou wat mij betreft een (waterdichte) onderhoes op mogen liggen ivm hygiëne. De matrassen waren wel schoon overigens. Een ophanghaakje in de keuken en op de slaapkamers zou handig zijn.

Het appartement was mooi, schoon, naast de cathedraal. Het personeel kwam gelijk toen we een klacht hadden over de wifi. Het personeel was supervriendelijk en superaardig. Echt een aanbeveling en we komen zeker terug.
Er was geen topmatras voor de boxspring, dat moet wel aangeschaft worden, werd met rugpijn wakker.
