Desde la entrada del apartamento accedemos al salón-comedor y a un pasillo situado a la derecha que comunica directamente con la cocina, moderna y funcional, equipada con todo lo necesario y amueblada con mobiliario de calidad. Desde esta zona se accede a la primera habitación, la cual cuenta con una cama de matrimonio de 1,50 x 1,90 m, un vestidor y un baño completo en suite con ducha. Ambas zonas cuentan con unas vistas privilegiadas a la Giralda y la Catedral.

Right downstairs are some of Seville’s must-visit landmarks, just a few steps away from the Royal Alcázar and the cathedral. There’s a Starbucks downstairs where you can grab a simple breakfast. The room is modern, clean, and fully equipped. The kitchen has a row of windows directly overlooking the cathedral—absolutely stunning! The view alone is worth a stay. Sol, who welcomed me, was incredibly warm, sincere, and also very beautiful. Everything was perfect, and I will definitely stay here again.

The location was supreme, it’s next to the cathedral in the center of old town. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go. We loved how the home felt inside, and it was very secure. We enjoyed the hospitality of property management team. They communicated with us frequently via WhatsApp and provided an extensive list of shops, restaurant recommendations and attractions for us to explore upon our arrival. We truly felt like we were treated like special guests. Much appreciated!
The master bedroom door couldn’t close due to uneven floor. The shower was leaking in the 2nd bedroom.

La situation très centrale proche des principaux lieux d´intérêt et dans un quartier très animé. Une vue exceptionnelle sur la cathédrale depuis l´appartement. Appartement plutôt bien équipé.
L´appartement n´était pas très propre (notamment beaucoup de poussière sous les lits, coussins et fauteuils sales et tâchés) et il aurait besoin d´un bon coup de peinture et de rafraîchissement (moisissure sur certains murs, poubelle cassée, rideaux décrochés). Le canapé lit n´est pas très confortable...

Location was very very good for sightseeing in Seville, couldn’t have been more central. Apartment was as advertised and very clean.
Finding the car park was not at all easy due to pedestrianisation, more initial directions would’ve been helpful and to know it was a public car park not just state that the apartment has parking. The apartment has no full length mirrors, these wo be a good addition.

This property was in a good location for visiting the cathedral, the Alcázar and the tower Giralda as they are just a few hundred feet away. We had great view of cathedral and tower from our 5th floor apartment, but not sure if 3rd floor or lower would have the view. The beds were very comfortable. The unit had a kitchen and small living room and two bedrooms each with their own bathroom so great for two couples.
My main complaint about this property is that in my opinion it is not a 4-star quality level as it is listed on Booking.com. I think it should be listed as a 3-star property. The quality of furnishings, amenities, interior design, supplies, etc. are not at a 4-star level. My rating of 6 is based on their 4-star claim. One of the bathroom sinks didn’t drain well and we had to ask them to call a plumber. At a 4-star place the cleaning staff would have already reported this and had it fixed before the next guest. One of the toilet seats wasn’t centered on the toilet so it sat off center and couldn’t be adjusted. The paint on bathroom wall was uneven. The towels were a little stiff and hard. We got bath soap and shampoo but no conditioner or hand lotion, and the soaps didn’t smell as nice as at other 4-star places I’ve stayed at. They only supplied two small rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and we had to ask for more after two days. There is no front desk or on site cleaning service to immediately get extra supplies from. So these are the types of things that make it a 3-star property in my opinion. I would probably give it a rating of 8 or 9 for a 3-star property. But so as long as you come prepared for what to expect it can still be a nice stay.

En el salón hay una alfombra y me resulta muy poco higiénico.... Las ventanas que dan a la Giralda de una de las habitaciones son fijas, por lo q no se pueden abrir y están muy sucias y no se ven bien las vistas, que son impresionantes... En uno de los baños se sale el agua de la ducha ( se queda todo empapado ) y en el otro no tragaba bien el agua del lavabo.

2배드룸+소파배드 예약했고 사진과 같았어요. 위치 너무 좋았고 주방 시설과 청결도도 만족합니다. 대면 체크인 이었고 요구 사항을 잘 준비 해 놓고(소파-> 배드로!) 맞이했어요. 난방은 매우 따뜻했고(여름에 냉방도 좋을것 같아요) 온수 용량은 5인 대비 살짝 부족해 조금 텀을 두고 사용했습니다. 예약일이 다가오면서 숙소 측에서 체크인에 관한 안내 연락도 미리하고 문의에 대한 응대도 빨랐어요.
1층 건물 출입구 열쇠가 1개 여서 일행이 나누어 출입하기 조금 불편했습니다. 저희는 5인 이어서 소파를 배드로 사용했는데 그럴경우 거실이 좁아져서 약간 아쉬웠어요. 4인이 사용한다면 아주 좋을것 같아요.

Une situation exceptionnelle avec vue sur la cathédrale et la Giralda. Malgré un gros retard dû à l´arrivée de notre avion une personne est venue nous accueillir sur place. Les 2 appartements réservés correspondaient exactement à notre attente. La vaisselle était très propre.
On aurait aimé avoir un petit fond d´épicerie de première nécessité un petit peu plus conséquent. Les appartements étaient bien entretenus avec un petit bémol sur la propreté des sols, en particulier dans la salle de bains, alors que tous les éléments étaient parfaitement propres.

Location, location, location. Perfect place to stay with all major attractions and so many restaurants, bar, groceries, taxi stand, breakfast bakeries,etc. The rental company communicate with full details of check in and the owner follow up with a welcome text. We didn’t cook but it looks they have all kitchen ware. They also had coffee and some olive oil and vinegar. The bathroom had shampoo and soap. Big nice workable elevator. Definitely would stay in same place.

The check in contact on WhatsApp was a bit bothersome as we were pestered many times for when we would be arriving, even after multiple messages indicating when we’d arrive, the week before , 40minutes away, parked the car etc. Alba who met us to handover the key was great.

La ubicación al lado de la Catedral, baños totalmente nuevos con amenities, camas y almohadas muy cómodas, cocina completa con detalles para los primeros días(café, azúcar, sal, aceite). Personal muy atento y pendiente en todo momento, te facilitan precio en parking cercano a unos 10 minutos caminando, ya que el apartamento se encuentra en una zona totalmente peatonal y no puedes dejar el coche a la puerta para bajar las maletas. Buen aire acondicionado para las altas temperaturas que puede haber en Sevilla. La luz y las vistas desde el apartamento son sin duda también una maravilla.

What a fantastic apartment! Perfect central location, right in the center but in the apartment itself it was completely quiet. Everything new and super clean. High-speed internet was a thick plus as well as the baby equipment that is standard in the apartment. Also the service was top, on the first night the elevator was broken, quite annoying, 5 high with a pram but after we had sent a message the problem was already solved after 2 hours!

The arrival! Due to the location in the pedestrian zone, we had to find an underground parking first in the narrow streets of the old town and then walk with our (large) luggage through the city.

First time staying in an apartment on holiday and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The flexibility and comfort was remarkable. Teresa met us at the apartment building was very helpful and let us know of all the attractions, transport options and eating places close by. The location was amazing, in the centre of it all so close to the Alcazar and cathedral, we lived our stay here. Everything was provided in the apartment, sufficient amount of dishes, full sized cups! The air-conditioning was perfect. Didn´t need for anything for a more comfortable stay.
Not really a complaint, I expected it being so close to the cathedral but the kids were bothered by the bells ringing.

La ubicación es fantástica, desde las ventanas de las habitaciones y la cocina se puede ver la Giralda. El apartamento es estupendo. Todo esta nuevo y limpio. Consta de 2 habitaciones con baño completo incluido secador, toallas, gel y champú. La cocina completissima con cafetera, cápsulas y azúcar. También había vinagre y aceite en mono dosis.
