El salón, de amplias dimensiones y refinada elegancia, ofrece una zona de descanso con Smart TV y sofás de máximo confort, perfectos para relajarse mientras se disfruta de las vistas a la Torre del Oro y a la Giralda y Catedral. Además, este espacio alberga un elegante comedor para cuatro comensales, convirtiéndose en el escenario ideal para cenas memorables.
La cocina, de distribución abierta y equipada con los utensilios más sofisticados, ha sido diseñada pensando en la máxima comodidad de nuestros huéspedes, buscando que su estancia sea una experiencia verdaderamente placentera. El apartamento también dispone de dos baños completos, ambos con duchas integradas, aportando una nota adicional de lujo y bienestar a su experiencia de alojamiento.
El edificio enriquece su oferta con una amplia terraza común, dotada de una piscina disponible desde el 1 de abril hasta el 31 de octubre, y un solárium, donde todos los huéspedes pueden disfrutar del agradable clima sevillano.
Ubicado en la céntrica calle Betis, este alojamiento es el punto de inicio perfecto para explorar el encantador barrio de Triana. Su ubicación privilegiada le permite disfrutar de lo mejor : cruzando el río, encontrará el centro de la ciudad, mientras que a un paso de su puerta, puede sumergirse en la auténtica de Triana, con sus bares típicos de tapas y restaurantes de renombre. A tan solo minutos a pie, podrá pasear por la Avenida de la Constitución, visitar la impresionante Catedral, la Giralda o el Archivo de Indias.

Nunca nos limpiaron el departamento y no hay agua cliente , avisamos a recepción y nos dijeron que solo hay para 20 personas y que teníamos que esperar 20 0 30 min , esperamos 3 días y nunca hubo agua caliente , eso pésimo ya que hace mucho frío .

Lamentamos mucho los inconvenientes que experimentaron durante su estancia con el suministro de agua caliente. Hemos tomado sus comentarios muy en serio y quiero asegurarle que desde entonces hemos trabajado diligentemente para mejorar nuestro sistema y garantizar que funcione correctamente. En este momento, el problema con el agua caliente ha sido resuelto y el servicio opera adecuadamente.
Respecto a la limpieza del apartamento es importante destacar que, tal y como se indica en los detalles de la reserva, las limpiezas no están incluidas en la tarifa estándar. No obstante, si desean este servicio, siempre pueden contratarlo como un servicio extra durante su estancia. Lamentamos cualquier confusión que esto haya podido causar.
Valoramos enormemente sus comentarios, ya que nos ayudan a identificar áreas de mejora y a seguir brindando un servicio de calidad a nuestros huéspedes. Esperamos tener la oportunidad de recibirla nuevamente en el futuro y ofrecerle una experiencia más satisfactoria.

We are sorry to hear about the problem you had with the water heating system. as it is an electric system, the boiler has a storage capacity of hot water that, if it is completely used up, we must wait for some time for the hot water to be regenerated again. However, we have solved this problem by increasing the stored hot water capacity to avoid similar situations in the future.

Hartelijke ontvangst door Andrea die aan de receptie zat. Zeer vriendelijk personeel, steeds bereid om te helpen. Appartement is modern en warm aangekleed. Zeer goede bedden en het zwembad op het dak alsook de tafels met uitzicht op de oude stad waar we konden aperitieven / eten waren zeer aangenaam. Oude stad is op 400m (de brug over). Supermarkt op 300m en restaurants naast de deur maar de beste tapasbars zijn in de oude stad!
