Al cruzar el río, encontrará el centro de la ciudad, mientras que a la puerta de su alojamiento, podrá sumergirse en el ambiente típico de Triana, con sus emblemáticos bares de tapas y restaurantes reconocidos. A escasos minutos a pie, podrá visitar la Avenida de la Constitución, donde se encuentran emblemas de la ciudad como la Catedral, la Giralda o el Archivo de Indias. Adicionalmente, todos los servicios necesarios se encuentran a corta distancia: supermercados, tiendas de diversas categorías, farmacias, etc. Este apartamento no solo proporciona un alojamiento de alto standing, sino una auténtica experiencia cultural sevillana.
El alojamiento es increíble; la decoración, la limpieza, la ubicación, la comodidad de las camas, la azotea, las vistas...No puedo destacar nada porque todo me encantó.
Al estar en una calle de marcha por la noches pasan grupos de fiesta y te pueden despertar pero es que la ubicación es tan buena que compensa cualquier ruido

Amazing location, very central and on the bank of the river in Triana, so city centre very accessible. Modern apartment yet had a very Spanish feel to it. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Comfortable beds, good sized television in the living room. Compact and served the purpose very well; will definitely consider staying again. Reception was able to store our luggage post checkout which was very helpful.
Limited kitchen - small in size though compact - only two plate induction with necessary cookware. Would be good to have more regular bowls for cereal, reheating etc. No regular oven. This is as expected as the description does not mention oven. There is a microwave oven.

Dado que el apartamento se encuentra en una ubicación céntrica, el ruido de la calle puede resultar más perceptible en determinadas épocas del año o durante festividades locales. En su caso, la celebración de La Magna atrajo a muchas personas a la zona, lo que pudo haber causado un incremento temporal del ruido. En cuanto al ruido puntual de los inquilinos, hemos tomado nota de su comentario y nos comprometemos a seguir controlando estas situaciones. Tal y como se le informó, en caso de incidentes durante su estancia, le pedimos que se ponga en contacto con nosotros por teléfono, ya que el chat no está operativo fuera del horario de recepción. Loved the beds and pillows they were so comfortable! The whole apartment was gorgeous and the views and location were so great! Basically everything we wanted to go do or see was about a 20 min walk for us. We were a group of 4 girls and we all were so sad to leave! The staff were really helpful, informative and lovely i would 10/10 recommend staying here. The pool on the rooftop terrace looked really nice as well, shame it wasnt the season for it though!
The hot water in the showers doesn´t always last too long, or at least if both showers are in use at the same time. Not a huge deal for us we just showered slightly after each other and it was fine! It can get a bit noisy if you´re staying in the room with the view, mostly on weekends as there are a lot of bars around but it wasn´t too loud we still managed to sleep fine

The place was pretty clean and looked brand new. The location is excellent. I didn’t give it a 10 b/c one of the rooms had a black out that was not working. The room was facing the internal patio which has automatic lights. So as people came back in the late hours I could see the lights coming on and off. I reported this to the property manager. The windows are noise proof and everything very close by. I would definitively stay in the same place.
Except for the non-working blackout system ( which is electric- a plus!) everything was outstanding.

Centrally located. Very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed. The staff was so helpful. The rooftop terrace with the families own cheese was a great treat.

Regarding the minor issues you mentioned, we aim to address and improve your stay. In addition to curtains, our apartment is equipped with electric blinds to reduce light and occasional noises that may occur. Furthermore, we would like to assure you that we are working to provide a more constant supply of hot water to ensure the comfort of all guests comfort.

Our stay was amazing. The apartment was wonderful, exactly as presented in the pictures. We had a really nice view. It is perfectly located, at walking distance of everything. It was very clean. You have all the facilities you might need and even more. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. She gave us a lot of recommendations, from places we should visit to restaurants and tapas bars. If you want a quiet room, you should keep in mind that the one with a nice view can get noisy in weekends, but we didn’t mind at all.

The noise in the master bedroom during the weekend is hectic. It was hard to sleep, people going over the streets till 04.30. Please put at Least earplugs in the rooms at the front. Besides that! Wonderful appartment

We would like to clarify that the problem with the elevator was a one-off, as we told you during your stay, however, we are pleased to inform you that the issue with the elevator has been promptly addressed, and it is now in proper working order.
On the other hand, we apologize for the inconvenience with the rain and wet floors. We are an environmentally committed company, and our building features open ceilings to harness natural daylight and the wonderful climate our city offers, promoting as well energy savings, and this also creating a warm and welcoming space for our guests. We regret that the weather during your stay was not the most pleasant, with some rainy days. We hope to welcome you back soon and provide you with the most enjoyable stay possible.

The apartment was way nicer than the photos, beautifully appointed and well stocked. The reception staff, Maria and Jesus went out of their way to be helpful and even gave us their Nespresso machine when ours broke. The pool area is fantastic and position of the apartments perfect with a wonderful view of the river and the old town.
Only 2 little niggles - We could really have done with some drawers to put our clothes away and for those staying longer than a couple of days, a mid-stay clean would be appreciated.
