Al entrar en el apartamento encontrará un espacioso recibidor, y a la derecha encontrará el primer dormitorio de este alojamiento. Equipado con dos camas individuales de 90 cm x 200 cm, y un espacioso armario.

El explotador de este alojamiento se obliga a prestar junto con el servicio de alojamiento, los siguientes servicios:
• Servicio de restauración cuya carta puede consultar aquí
• Este establecimiento cuenta con un servicio propio de guarda y custodia de equipajes de lunes a viernes (excepto festivos), para clientes premium, con recogida por nuestro personal en el propio apartamento. Las tarifas son de 5€ por bulto. Sábados, Domingos o Festivos, pueden usar el servicio de otras empresas en locales habilitados para ello, a unos 5€ por maleta apróx.
• Limpieza periódica semanal y cambio de ropa de cama, y baño obligatoriamente en estancias superiores a 6 noches. Incluida en el precio.

Apartamento Acetres III

L´appartement n´est pas très lumineux.
Ce logement est très bien situé et sécurisé. La décoration et l´ameublement sont choisis avec goût. Les deux chambres, éloignées l´une de l´autre et séparées par un grand salon et un long corridor, conviendraient parfaitement à deux couples. Les portes et le logement sont très bien isolés acoustiquement.
Le logement présente deux inconvénients à notre avis: la vaisselle est insuffisante pour un groupe et l´une des deux chambres ne dispose que d´une fenêtre donnant sur le corridor intérieur, plutôt que sur l´extérieur.

La posizione è perfetta, comoda per raggiungere qualsiasi posto in centro a Siviglia a piedi. L´appartamento internamente è ristrutturato bene, nuovo, moderno e confortevole con arredamento nuovo
L´appartamento è molto umido e freddo e di 3 condizionatori per l´aria calda ne funzionava solo 1. In bagno non c´è nessuna fonte di aria calda. L´appartamento affaccia solo su luoghi interni (pozzo luce del palazzo e corridoio di accesso agli appartamenti) quindi è praticamente cieco. Il palazzo esternamente è molto decadente da ristrutturare e anche l´androne del palazzo. Assistenza in loco pessima, rispondono in tempo reale ai messaggi ma non sono assolutamente disponibili a risolvere i problemi che puo´ avere l´ospite. All´arrivo abbiamo pagato 30euro per il check in dopo le 21.00 (alle 21.30 eravamo davanti al portone e la ragazza è arrivata alle 21.45) per trovare ascensore rotto e quindi portarci i bagagli da soli per le scale e la ragazza che ha fatto l´accoglienza non ci ha nemmeno avvisato (pur sapendolo) che i condizionatori non funzionavano e che in caso c´era un termosifoncino elettrico nell´armadio che potevamo utilizzare. ci avevano mandato un messaggio due giorni prima della partenza avvisandoci che avevano aperto un cantiere stradale vicino al palazzo dove avevamo prenotato appartamento e che potevano forse esserci dei rumori al mattino. Peccato che il cantiere era nell´appartamento adiacente al nostro e che dalle 7 del mattino i lavori erano come se fossero dentro il nostro appartamento. Dopo la 2^ notte abbiamo chiesto di cambiare appartamento perchè troppo freddo e impossibile dormire dopo le 7.00 ci hanno proposto una soluzione alternativa di categoria inferiore al nostro senza poterlo neanche visionare prima o in alternativa uno sconto sull´ appartamento dove stavamo alloggiando. Abbiamo rifiutato lo sconto perchè non era una questione economica ma di freddo e di lavori praticamente in casa e abbiamo obbligatoriamente accettato la soluzione alternativa sempre in centro in un bel palazzo ma internamente non assolutamente all´altezza dell´ appartamento che avevamo prenotato e pagato.

El alojamiento es grande, amplio y muy bien ubicado (si quieres estar en el centro). Tiene todos los utensilios, las camas son cómodas y hasta el sofá cama era agradable! Debería ser ideal para días de calor ya que tiene aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones. Muy bueno para familias numerosas.
El alojamiento no tiene buena iluminación. Nos alojamos en un apartamento sin patio, así que teníamos que salir a ver si daba el sol o no. El precio del alojamiento es alto para 3 personas, pero creo que para un grupo más grande vale lo que pagas.
