Nous avons séjourné à Séville dans un appartement genteel home. 2 semaines avant j’ai été mis en relation avec Alex qui m’a suggéré des excursions, nous a commandé un taxi pour l’allée et le retour, mais pas que tout au long de notre séjour il a su se rendre disponible ( des recommandations sur des restaurants, des monuments à voir, les spécialité de la région …) il a été d’une bienveillance ! L’appartement est grand, fonctionnel et propre manque juste de la luminosité, mais cela reste juste un détail car nous étions presque tout le temps dehors. L’appartement est super bien situé, même à 1 minute il y a un petit carrefour market. Nous avons passer 6 jours merveilleux ! Puis Séville c’est une ville magnifique ! Je recommande !

O apartamento está muito bem localizado. Um bom nível de conforto e bem equipado.
Tivemos um problema com a televisão que não funcionava. Contactei o departamento de assistência ao cliente que procurou resolver mas não conseguiu.

L´emplacement en plein centre historique et à proximité immédiate de tous les centres d´intérêt, appartement neuf et propre, décoré avec goût, grande salle de bain
Devoir attendre plus de 15 min devant la porte pour le Check-In malgré les instructions suivies à la lettre, le manque de luminosité dans l´appartement, pas assez de gel douche, savon, papier toilette pour le nombre de personnes et de nuits.

Ubicación excelente. Es espacioso, todo muy bien decorado, la cama muy cómoda el sofá-cama no. Ya nos preguntó la agencia y les sugerimos que cambien el colchón, que pongan un estante bajo en el baño como supletorio para dejar los neceser y cosas que llevemos y un calefactor, porque aunque tienen aire caliente en el comedor y en el dormitorio, al ser techos altos y el baño grande, no llega a calentarse. A lo que nos han agradecido las sugerencias y que lo tendrán en cuenta
El sofá-cama, el colchón muy fino, necesita que se cambie y en el baño que pongan un calefactor porque es muy grande y con el aire del comedor no llega a coger calor, y eso que en nuestra estancia no hizo mucho frio pero se notaba fresco. Ya lo comentamos a la agencia.

Logement très bien situé, très bon accueil, plutôt bien équipé, literie confortable. Parking sous terrain à 5min à pied, visites et balades à proximité. En revanche, les photos sont trompeuses. Bien que l´appartement soit agréable, les photos montrent un appartement très lumineux mais qui en réalité dispose de très peu d´entrées de lumière naturelle. Nous sommes tout de même très contents de notre séjour.

Locația apartamentului este în centrul orașului, apartament curat, frumos amenajat, personalul cu care am interacționat a fost foarte dragut și amabil. Nota 10/10. Atenție exista pe aceeași strada doua uși cu același număr 🫥.
Apartamentul, deși inițial am văzut și crezut, din previzualizare pe google maps ca se afla pe o strada bizara, nu a foat deloc așa. Lucrul care m-a deranjat a fost ca apartamentul nu are lumina naturala, geamurile priveau către o curte interioara( în care putea sta), ale căror obloane nu puteau fi ridicate. În rest totul ,ok.

Schöne Basis für einen Kurzurlaub in Sevilla. Sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig.
Die Lage ist perfekt für einen Stadturlaub, man ist direkt in der Fußgängerzone und 10 Minuten von den meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt. In der Gegend sind viele kleine Geschäfte, schöne Bars und Lebensmittelgeschäfte. Unsere Wohnung war sehr ruhig.
Durch die Aufteilung einer großen Wohnung in 3 Apartments hatten wir nur Tageslicht über eine Terrasse im überdachten Innenhof. Dadurch verliert man gerade im Winter ein bisschen das Gefühl für das Wetter draußen.

Super comfortabel appartement
Comfortabel appartement midden in het oude centrum. Heerlijke bedden, compleet keukenassortiment. Beroemde bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand. Heel veel restaurants in de nabije omgeving. Evenals een supermarkt. Je kan je geen betere plek wensen. De communicatie met de verhuurders verloopt goed. Snelle respons.
Er is geen bagagedepot. Wij hadden een vroege vlucht naar Sevilla en hebben tot in de middag met de koffers rondgelopen.

El trato del personal. No estaba listo hasta las 14:00 y tienes que dejarlo a las 11:00. No estás ni 24h y cuando pregunté si podíamos salir un poco más tarde, no te dejan.

Perfect place to stay in Seville. Recommended!
Great location, walking distance to many meeting points and must see´s in Seville, next door to Cuna and Sierpes streets for shopping, supermatkets around the corner almost. Area is quiet, all amenities available and operational in the apartment, everything you need in the kitchen, even some complimentary espresso capsules, oil and vinegar, salt, water in the fridge and pods for the dishwasher and washing machine, toaster, water kettle, cookware, dishes...absolutely everything. TV and Netflix available on the big smart TV. The bed is super comfy, the best in all the places I´ve been to so far. Plenty of storage for clothes, plenty of hangers, extra towels and comforter. Good water pressure in the shower. The head is a bit low but it is supposed to cater to all guests in an inclusive approach which is great. The apartment is soundproof from the outside and a little dark because of its location but this is perfect to keep it cool amid the heat outside. Loved also the cleaning service mid stay as I stayed for more than 6 days, which triggers this service. The whole apartment is super clean, cozy, A/C available in living and bedroom. Perfect place to stay at when in Seville. Luxury for sure and I loved the decor. Last, the staff is super responsive, polite, friendly. I really enjoyed my stay at Genteel Home Acetress and will stay there again if in Seville. 100% and more recommended.
The A/C in the bedroom did not function properly (no cool air and turned off automatically every 45 mns to 1h) for my entire stay, but the one in the living room kind of compensated, so minor dislike. And the staff came by to look at it twice but probably needed more work that could not be done with a guest in. The major dislike would be the curtains on the door in the bathroom that opens into the patio. That door is right opposite to the sink and in full view of people in the apartment across which means no privacy. Those curtains need to be changed to provide more privacy. When the apartment next door is empty, fine, but on the last day and night of my trip, it was occupied and I could see across just as they would have seen inside my bathroom if my lights were on. So I had to do everything is the semi darkness. The apartment is soundproof from the outside but not from the neighbors. They were quite loud and my quiet was disturbed several times. The agency should see how to solve this, I was disturbed by that noise the day after I arrived there in early morning and the day before I left.

Super logement, dans le centre de Séville

There were pros and cons, the cons were: It was very noisy and you could hear the neighbours so it was hard to sleep, the internet was very bad, It would just spin and spin. The Pros was the place was clean and most things were walkable. The young man that checked me in was helpful as I don´t believe there is a Silvia, I think the flat is owned by a company. Overall good place if you don´t need the internet and your sleep!

Modern, clean, and secure in vibrant Centro location with many dining choices nearby. It had one of the most comfortable beds I´ve slept in. The property provides all the amenities for a long stay plus a nice little private garden area. Will definitely consider this property first if we return to Sevilla in the future. Renters should be aware that properties within El Centro are off limits to taxis, Uber, etc., and a walk from the perimeter should be anticipated. We were caught unaware and Google Maps was spotty for navigating the tight streets there. For this property, I´d suggest a pick-up/dropoff at either end of Calle Cuna for ease of finding the property Not a bad stroll. Consider though that this restriction adds to the quiet, safety, and liveliness of the neighborhood... and so overall experience. (--A special thumbs-up here to our patient and persistent Uber driver upon pick-up!). Our only disappointment was reliability of after-check-in support via telephone was non-existent both times we used it: No responses and only-Spanish recordings. We eventually figured out our washing machine and TV issues ourselves though and got by.

Logement très bien situé à proximité à pied de tous les monuments à visiter. Bien équipé avec les produits disponibles ( lave vaisselle, lave linge, café…).Petit bémol la luminosité du logement faible , pas gênant si vous y êtes quelques jours pour visiter et mauvaise insonorisation avec le logement sur le même palier , également loué. Nous avions des voisins bruyants que nous entendions dans la chambre.

Appartement idéalement situé dans le centre de Séville. Nous avons pu tout faire à pied. Appartement bien équipé avec tout ce qu´il faut. Le seul point négatif est le manque de lumière : difficile de savoir l´heure qu´il est ou le temps qu´il fait car peu de luminosité directe. Idéal pour visiter.

Lovely place. Note that you do have to pay €30 if you arrive late - our flight was delayed so we had to pay. Place was missing extra sheets for the sofa bed when we arrived but they came to replace it quickly. Good communication and beautiful modern space. Great central location. Thank you!

This apartment is not for 4 person. The sofa is very small for two person and the bedding is poor. 2 small pillows and 1 blanket for two person. 2 mini shower gel received for 4 person for 2 nights. Huge dust under the bed, dirty mirror!

Excellent séjour à Séville dans cet appartement flambant neuf. Le lit dans la chambre est excellent et le patio est un gros plus, que ce soit pour le petit déjeuner ou le repas du soir. Communication efficace par message, c´est géré par une entreprise spécialisée dans le domaine. Seul point négatif : le wifi est de mauvaise qualité. Pas bien grave, mais tout de même.

The place is great, located very close to most of Seville s main atractions. The apartment looked exactly like in the photos, everything was very clean and there were lots of useful things like an iron and an ironing table, washing machine, cups, etc. The only possible minus would perhaps be the relatively low light during day time, but we were too busy during the day to visit the town anyway.
