Al entrar en el apartamento, nos encontramos con una estancia recibidor que da paso al resto de la propiedad.

Rather poor soundproofing and one can hear people walking around and the sound of running water from other apartments. Apartment loacted Pedestrian area and the apartment can´t be accessed by car, 2 min walking to nearest parking. But that´s actually a good thing :-)

The kitchen was well equipped, beds and linens were nice, lovely for three couples to spend time in with a dining table, two sofas and chairs. Washer worked well, plenty of hot water and a fantastic location. If someone needed to sleep on the sleeper sofa in the livingroom it may be noisy but the bedrooms were very quiet. AC worked well also. We would happily return.

One quirk of the gas water heater was when the two bathrooms are being used at the same time water temperature might not be hot enough due to the relatively small power of the gas heater but that comes down to personal preference to some extent. For me the water temperature was fine, for others it wasn´t as hot. Only one of the two bathrooms had soap but that isn´t really a deal braker since the other was fine and there was also some at the kitchen sink. I´m sure if I had asked for soap the host would definitely make sure to provide so it´s really just a reminder to always be prepared when you travel which we were.

Fantastische ligging, in het midden van het oude stadscentrum, op wandelafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden. Twee appartementen werden samengevoegd en gerenoveerd tot 1 groot appartement. Er werden mooie materialen gebruikt, de meubels zijn modern en het interieur oogt fris. De contactpersoon is zeer behulpzaam en ten alle tijde bereikbaar via Whatsapp.
Er was slechts 1 minpunt aan de ligging van de accomodatie: het appartement is gelegen boven een restaurant gespecialiseerd in droge ham. Volgens ons hebben zij op het gelijkvloers een stockageruimte. Er hing echt een walgelijke geur in de inkomhal. Het appartement ligt op de tweede verdieping en er is daar gelukkig geen geur te bespeuren.
