Maravilloso apartamento en el casco antiguo de Málaga, en pleno centro histórico de la ciudad y junto a la Catedral. Se encuentra en un gran edificio de nueva construcción por dentro, completamente reformado con lujosas calidades.
El apartamento tiene como elemento particular, unos majestuosos techos de 6 metros de altura, lo que hace que sea muy amplio y luminoso, y que junto a su cuidada decoración crean una preciosa estancia.

En este alojamiento se realizan servicios propios de la hostelería, concretamente:
• Limpieza de repaso y cambio de ropa de cama, toallas etc., de forma periódica, una por cada 6 noches de estancia (siempre para estancias superiores a 6 noches). Incluida en el precio.

The apartments are exceptional the best we have stayed in, in Malaga. They are beautifully decorated, very clean, comfortable and well equipped in a wondefully central location. The staff at Genteel Homes are very friendly and professional and answer emails and texts promptly and were most helpful at check-in and during our stay . We will definitely stay here again.

Location is perfect!!!! we stayed in two different appartments. One was nice the other was fabulous - it was in the older part of the building, high cieling and great design. happy with most of the issues, LOVED the location.
They forgot to bring us a towel or a sheet (cant remember now) and didn´t bring it throughout our stay although we stayed 3 nights!!

Die Wohnung liegt perfekt! Wir waren über Ostern dort und konnten die Prozession vom Fenster aus verfolgen. In der Nähe liegen viele Restaurants und Cafés. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und es ist trotzdem ruhig.

Lamentablemente, a pesar de haber sido limpiada antes de nuestra llegada, la casa estaba muy sucia y llena de polvo. No pudimos utilizar el sofá cama del salón por ser poco práctico. Luego pedimos la cortesía, teniendo un vuelo por la tarde, de guardarnos las maletas en la casa hasta las 14 h (sabiendo que tendríamos un check-in a las 15:30h), ya que incluso a nuestra llegada tuvimos que quedarnos con la maleta por Málaga hasta las 15:30h, pero nos dijeron que las dejásemos en una sala de equipajes pagando. Finalmente, anfitrión grosero e inútil.

En primer lugar, nos gustaría expresar nuestro agradecimiento por los comentarios que ha realizado sobre su estancia. Estamos muy contentos de leer que le gustó el apartamento y la excelente ubicación del mismo. Sentimos sinceramente leer su insatisfacción con la limpieza del apartamento. Sin embargo, nos gustaría aprovechar la oportunidad para aclarar algunos aspectos de su comentario. Sentimos su decepción por no poder hacer el check in en el momento de su temprana llegada, pero tal y como les explicó la persona que les atendió, el apartamento estaba ocupado el día anterior y nuestro departamento de limpieza tenía que prepararlo para su estancia. Lamentamos el retraso de media hora de nuestra compañera, se debe a que estaba ayudando a otros huéspedes con su llegada. Tras recibir su aviso de que no estaban satisfechas con las condiciones de limpieza, inmediatamente enviamos de nuevo a nuestro personal de limpieza para revisarlo y asegurarnos de que todo está a su grado. Desafortunadamente los huéspedes que entraban justo el día de su salida nos han pedido también entrar en el apartamento temprano, a lo que lógicamente les hemos respondido que no es posible, respetando su hora de salida y el tiempo necesario para preparar el apartamento. De todos modos nuestra compañera amablemente les informó de las consignas más cercanas para que puedan guardar su equipaje. Gracias de nuevo por elegir nuestro apartamento en esta ocasión y por la cortesía de su tiempo, a pesar de que entendemos que este no cumplió con sus expectativas. Aija Teilane Departamento de Calidad
