El edificio está un poco descuidado pero el apartamento no tiene nada que ver porque está totalmente reformado y nuevo.

We rented the apartment for a group of 4 ppl and it was definitely too small. The second bedroom only provides a small single bed and another mattress for the floor. That wasn’t comfortable at all and the room had no window.

La finca donde esta el apto muy vieja. No funcionaba el ascensor y tuvimos que subir 4 pisos por las escaleras con las maletas.

Lovely interior and well decorated. Had all facilities needed.
Issues with the keys and getting access to the pool however this was resolved fairly quickly.

I would like Genteel to pay attention to the following minor détails. Because we came for two weeks and expected to do some cooking and laundry, it would have been much appreciated if there had been salt, pepper, sugar and laundry soap in the apartment. It is not really possible to buy these items in small quantities. These are minor things that would greatly improve your customers´ experience. One last thing, the apartment includes a nice Nespresso coffee machine that only works with Nespresso pods which are not easy to find in Marbella.

Very nice apartment, everything new. Great location, close to everywhere. Two bathrooms in both bedrooms is a big plus. Nothing was missing!
Unpleasant smell in the elevator, which of course does not apply to the apartment itself.
