Wow! What a great stay even better then the pictures! Would recommend for everyone families and couples and group of friends. This accommodation can really accommodate for everyone and the breath taking views from the surrounding areas are unmatched!

Molto bella.
La struttura molto bella e confortevole, la casa è molto grande e spaziosa. Il terrazzo è ideale e con una bella vista sul verde.
Sfortunatamente la struttura è un po’ lontana dal centro, circa 15 min in macchina da puerto banus. L’uso del veicolo e/o uber è necessario perché gli spostamenti avvengono lungo delle strade definibili come tangenziali.

Die Lage des Apartments war ok. Garten und Swimmingpool waren sehr gepflegt. Die Klimaanlage war sehr gut. Das Apartment, wenn es mal renoviert ist, ist sehr freizügig geschnitten
Leider ist dieses Apartment, für den Preis den ich bezahlt habe, nicht in Ordnung. Professional Cleaning nicht vorhanden. Badezimmer nicht sauber; die Tür zur Veranda konnte nicht abgeschlossen werden. Die Sitzangelegenheiten, sprich Couch, Stühle etc haben lange kein ´Steam Cleaning" erhalten. In der Küche funktionierte die Abzugshaube nicht, die Spülmaschine funktionierte nicht richtig etc. Ich habe mich beschwert und man hat mir einen kleinen Rabatt zugesagt. Das Apartment müsste von Grund auf renoviert werden

Apatmenti suurus super, asukoht vaikne, 2 km rannast, suur terrass, ilus ja hooldatud ümbrus ja bassein... aga kui pikemalt peatuda, siis voodipesu polnud, triikrauda pole, praeahju uks ei käinud kinni, noad nüridad, on 2 suurt veiniklaasi 150 ruuduse korteri kohta:( terrassil on küll päevitustoolid, aga neil puuduvad madratsid, terrassilaud kõikus ja osad jalad puudu, oleks võinud olla ka rannarätikud, toa põrandad olid vaid pühitud, mitte pestud, terrassipürand väga must...

Very clean & sea view.

This place was beyond my expectations. The place was very warm and very big as well. It got really a american vibe to it. The view was great. Didn´t bother the hotel that was i little on the side. I saw some reviews about it but the problem was not in sight. The pool was also nice and quite. For the price it was better than expected. The neighborhood is quite and a bit further from the city but close to the highway. There is also a really nice beach close by. Overall a great house and great experience.

Not a great check in experience. Photos are accurate other than the huge derelict hotel opposite. Location is incorrect on air bnb and a nightmare for taxi drivers as the road has been removed from g maps and uber since the Incosol hotel shut down. Pool was clean and nice. 12 mins in either direction to everything you need but nothing in walking distance. A car is a must. Electricity is temperamental so be prepared to wake up throughout the night to keep the aircon running.

A fabulous apartment on the out skirts of Marbella. We had a wonderful week here, the accommodation is of a very high standard and extremely comfortable, the space is large, the furnishings are lovely and the beds very comfortable! The pool was well used by our children and the terrace by us reading books, drinking coffee and relaxing. We had a car so exploring the area was easy, ideally you need a car as most amenities are a little way from the suites. The suites are part of the incosol hotel which is no longer in operation, so the standards of care within the grounds was good. Begona was extremely helpful, offered ideas and tips for day trips and places to eat, checking and organisation was 5 star. Overall it was a brilliant experience.

The apartment from hell and the most UnGenteel welcome from the rudest person we ever had dealings with in 30 years visiting Spain. Begona. The apartment flooded twice, electricity went off and spent the night in the dark. TV didn’t work. No oven, no duvets, no sweeping brush, (2broken ones) shower kept flooding the apt. Washing machine got blocked and flooded the apt. Infested with mosquitoes. Bulbs missing in lights. WiFi was very patchy. No alarm. Coffee machine had old coffee pods in it and wasn’t cleaned for ages. Filthy. Broken and chipped dishes and glassware. No cleaning items. The apartment was not clean on arrival. But most of all was the Rep Begona who was so rude to us. Impossible to speak to her about anything. Extremely confrontational and broke all Covid 19 regulations. We spent most of our first week allowing her to carry out necessary repairs to the apartment when we were staying there. Things that should have been right BEFORE we arrived. Refused to compensate us in any way for our upheaval. Shouted at us on the phone and turned off the lights on us when we were leaving the apartment. A disgrace to her company and to herself. English was poor and not once did she apologise or even smile and offer us any type of consolation. Clearly not up to the job and REFUSED to give us the name of her supervisor but said she owned Genteel home in Costa del Sol. Terrible experience. Avoid. If you don’t want all of the above.
