This beautiful house is located in a quiet urbanization very close to the beach.

It is a single-storey house with two pleasant terraces. It has a very careful and practical decoration and has open spaces that communicate with the two terraces, both with outdoor furniture to enjoy the nice weather of the Costa del Sol.

The house has three bedrooms, two of them with 2 beds of 90 cm x 190 cm and en suite bathrooms with showers. The third bedroom has two beds of 90 cm x 180 cm. It also has a third independent bathroom, also with shower.
The living room has a 32-inch flat-screen television and 2 sofas, plus a dining table for 6 people. The kitchen, fully equipped, is integrated into the same spacious and functional space.

Several cars can be parked at the door of the house. In addition, the urbanization has perfectly maintained gardens and common areas, as well as a communal pool open all year.

Located in the urbanization Benamara Dos Hermanas, it has a perfect location, with the beach just 5 minutes walking, with a very close beach bar where you can enjoy the best rice and fish dishes. In addition, the area has supermarkets and shopping centers very close, making this house ideal for an idyllic holiday and with a lot of privacy with the family.

Great house exactly as shown on pictures, three bedrooms with three bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, everything functional, very stylish and thoughtfully equipped. Beach located 4 min walk from the house as well as a pool and a kids´ playground. Parking spaces available right in front of the house.

The apartment is even better than the photographs. It’s very tastefully decorated with an uber stylish kitchen and bathrooms, the living room is very comfortable, you will feel instantly at home. It is in an outstanding location with the beach, gardens and a pool a few minutes walk. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful, set in gorgeous gardens, there is a lovely beach bar called Salduna only a few minutes walk. The supermarket is a short walk or an even shorter drive. We travelling with a 1 year old, the apartment is perfect for families and couples alike. Being on the ground floor it’s very convenient as you can park directly outside to unload luggage. We would highly recommend staying here!
