Lovely place, better than pics, very clean.
A second key would have been very ideal, only got one (asked for another at check in). Might be noisy for some, fine for us.
It is a beautiful and spacious apartment at the heart of Saville city centre, right across from the Saville Cathedral. The apartment was clean, and spacious, with 2 large bedrooms, 2 large bathrooms, a decent kitchen, dining, extra living space with a large sofa bed, and plenty of additional chairs and a couple of more sofas. Lots of books, You have everything that you could possibly need during your stay. Good quality toiletries were provided and plenty of towels. All the kitchen utensils and crockeries are there. On top of that the management and customer care team are excellent. They kept communication with me throughout our stay to check if we were all fine and if we needed anything else. They even arranged to freshen up the apartment during our stay which we didn´t even expect (I never received that in any other apartment). Overall, we are very happy with the apartment and the host team.
This is something not really in the control of the host. As this is a duplex apartment on the ground floor and very central, there would be some noises at the late night, especially at weekends. There is a bar 20 meters from the apartment and people passing by talking too loud, then the noisy scooters, and sometimes council workers doing some cleaning and other work at midnight with heavy vehicles. Although it did not affect the sleep of my family, it did for me a couple of nights, not every night. But it´s a trade-off staying central which was ok for us and I would still choose to stay here if we visit again.

There was a bit of sewer gas smell coming from the shower drains which we reduced by covering the drain with a towel.

Unfortunately the floors were very dirty when we arrived. The staff very promptly arranged for the cleaners to return, which helped, but the there was still a lot of visible dirt and dust. We were grateful that the staff attempted to rectify the problem quickly. Also, there are deodorisers that spray a very strong perfume in the apartment to cover smell from the drains - which was a bit overwhelming.

Die Lage der Unterkunft war genial, keine fünf Minuten von der Kathedrale entfernt in einer eher ruhigen Gasse. Gleich um die Ecke gab es ein paar Kneipen und auch eine Bäckerei. Die Wohnung ist auf zwei Ebenen, jedes der beiden Schlafzimmer hat ein Badezimmer. Besonders das im ersten Stock war superschön mit Holzboden und ziemlich neu. Die Kinder haben auf einer Schlafcouch im Wohnbereich geschlafen. Die Küche ist ok ausgestattet mit Mikrowelle, nagelneuer Spülmaschine, etc
Es gab nur vier Trinkgläser. Hier sollte man evtl mal ein paar nachkaufen. Wir hätten das reklamieren können, aber wir konnten auch aus den Sektgläsern trinken :-)

Las camas son buenas, el piso es confortable y la cocina está completa con todo nuevo. Está muy cerca de la catedral y cerca de todo en el centro histórico. La atención del personal fue perfecta, comunicaran-se con nosotros todo el tiempo y fueran muy amables.
Ya que está en el centro, por la noche suele haber bastante ruido. Ojo para los que tienen dificultad para dormir. A lo largo de mi estancia he notado en algunos momentos un olor desagradable en el baño que ha mejorado con la campana extractora del baño encendida.

Unfortunately, on this occasion there was a smell from the drains in the apartment. The customer services team dealt very promptly with this issue and sent an engineer to inspect and offered an alternative apartment. As the apartment was so well situated and moving would have been an inconvenience, they offered to give us a discount.

El apartamento estaba muy limpio, las camas súper cómodas, dos baños amplios y la decoración muy bonita. La ubicación excelente al lado de la catedral y de muchos lugares de interés, sin ser necesario volver a utilizar el coche.
La puerta a pie de calle, además costaba cerrarla con llave. Lo que menos me gustó fue el olor a humedad que había en la planta baja. Las indicaciones para encontrar un parquing cercano fueron algo confusas y nos costó bastante encontrarlo.

Die Größe und die Lage der Wohnung sind sehr gut. Auch die Aufteilung der Zimmer ist gut und zwei Badezimmern mit 6 Leuten ist echt Luxus!
Leider hat es gerade unten sehr muffig gerochen, was auf Feuchtigkeit hindeutet. Auch hatten wir das Gefühl, dass unsere Klamotten nach einer gewissen Zeit leicht feucht waren...

Location was amazing. Right off the main streets by the church.
Had to wait about 30 minutes after arriving before someone came with the keys. Limited small appliances, not even a coffee pot.

Limpieza. Por dos novhes consecutivas nos cambiarón de apartamento por cucarachas. En el primer piso por la casa y incluso dentro del lavavajillas En el segundo por todas las habitaciones. Adelanté mi regreso a mi residencia ya que no habia condiciones.

Lamentamos sinceramente leer que encontró cucarachas en su apartamento y le damos las gracias por comunicarse con atención al cliente para dejarnos intervenir. Tenemos en marcha un plan de control de plagas regular y trabajamos duro a diario para evitar su presencia dentro de nuestras instalaciones. Salía agua del termo, nos comentaron que se escapaba un poco, pero con lo que nos encontramos fue diferente, hasta tuvimos que colocar debajo un cubo. Las luces de las habitaciones se encendían por la noche derrepente. Y alguna que otra cucaracha nos encontramos.
