The house was beautiful and so spacious for our group of 5 (4 adults and a child). The decor was charming and the location was very central. Well equipped with coffee and other amenities! The building was interesting too.
The door in the downstairs bathroom didn’t stay closed. We would have loved to have more than 1 key. Everything else was great.

The pictures on the booking website look better than in reality . The shower was terrible in the master room , the bathroom door in the living can’t be closed , no ventilation in the bathrooms . Air condition in master room ,and other room on the 2nd floor not working well . The elevator squeaks . The elevator stopped working for a couple of hours during our stay ,but was fixed . You need to walk about 5minutes from the Main Street to reach the building as no cars are allowed on the street in front of the building, so if you have a lot of luggage I recommend staying in other place . The elevator can be heard in the rooms . Closet and cabinets don’t open easily . I was asked to give my credit card number upon check in ,which I never encountered before in Europe or in Spain in particular!

Das Apartment hat Stil, ist äußerst geräumig. Es ist alles für eine Ferienwohnung vorhanden und noch mehr, wie z.B. einen Wäschetrockner. Die Räume sind sehr hoch und in der kalten Jahreszeit schlecht beheizbar. Ideal im Sommer, auch jetzt Ende März angenehm. Es ist sehr ruhig, liegt im 2. Stock.
2 Tage lang war im Treppenhaus kein Licht, absolute Dunkelheit!! Auch der Aufzug war ausgefallen: für Gehbehinderte nur mit Hilfe und viel Zeit zu bewältigen, da das Apartment auch noch in einem Altbau ist. Auch die Koffer musste man dann allein schleppen, die "Service"kraft lief schnell vorne weg.

As soon as the problems with the lift and the lights in the stairwell were brought to our attention, we communicated these to the management of the building, as these problems do not depend directly on us. We did our best pushing the management to in order to guarantee a prompt action.

При бронировании в описании не указано, что в апартаментах нет отопления, что отопление только через кондиционеры, но когда включаешь кондиционеры во всех комнатах, то выбивает пробки, наверное летом это хорошо и там не жарко, но мы были в январе, пол плитка и он жутко холодный, покупали всем тапочки, теплые кофты и пижамы, мы просто не были к этому подготовлены.

La ubicación excelente. El diseño y la distribución del piso singular, dúplex tiene su encanto. Muy silencioso al ser interior. Dispones de todos los servicios, incluido secadora. Está cerca de todo: restaurantes, tiendas, hay varias tiendas de alimentación cercanas, buses...
No son defectos, si no particularidades a tener en cuenta: al ser interior (silencioso), no dispones de vistas. Al ser un dúplex hay una escalera interior no apta para niños pequeños.

There is little natural light in the living room and kitchen, and it is not worth opening the windows in the apartment at all, since they all open into the inner space, narrow as a well and look at the ventilation pipes. But this has one advantage - you do not hear the noise from the streets.

Althought we have increased amount of contracted power in the property, having all air conditioning units in the apartment turned on and using too many plug-in appliances at once may cause an electric overload, therefore fuse could go down, but please know, our team is always available should you need anything to make your stay complete or if you need any assistance.

De locatie is top en de ontvangst hartelijk, zeer ruim appartement
Je hebt geen uitzicht, dat is niet op te maken uit de advertentie en vond ik dan ook wat misleidend. Tussen 8u30 en 23u00 hoor je ter hoogte van de slaapkamers een machine/lift die steeds aan en uit slaat. Erg jammer en storend. De afwerking van het appartement is ondermaats
Beds: kingsize was extreme firm, not so good and the 2 single beds were very good and comfortabel
Shower not enough warm water for 4 people taking normal time of shower
Most annoying was the noice of the elevator untill deep in the night and very early in the morning-afterpil never heard so much noice of an elevator
I hope to return to Malaga one day and I would definitely stay at this apartment again.
