Our experience with the apartment in Seville was wonderful. Our apartment in Madrid was less than ideal. I´ve shared that feedback separately. I believe renters should be able to get better location information and user reviews prior to booking, however.

We absolutely loved our stay at this location! The apartment felt like home. Apartment is fully equipped for your stay, the kitchen has everything you need to prepare your daily meals, plus a coffee maker and a dishwasher. Also, it has a washer and a drying rack. I would definitely be returning to Sevilla and consider this apartment for a long stay. Located in a quiet neighborhood but close to everything of interest in the area. They accommodated us for an earlier check in which was an absolute PLUS!! Can’t recall the name of the person that met us to check us in but she was absolutely wonderful! She gave us the greasiest recommendations for the area.

mostly everything, including location, facilities, checkin by host etc but the best thing was the bed and mattress. so so so comfortable.
they could have more shampoo and also add conditioner and toothpaste. that’s about it! everything else was great.

Thank you for your review. Of course, we will check the windows of the apartment in order to improve. As you said, the charge of 30 euros for late check out is informed in advance due our check in time take place from 15:00 to 21:00. On the other hand, we have a taxi service that you can arrange in advance if you need it. Anyway, we hope that you had a nice stay and you could enjoy the location and the city. Lovely apartment in centre of Seville . Easy to walk to most places
Ottima la posizione, appartamento spazioso, ben arredato e ben attrezzato.
Purtroppo l´acqua della doccia di uno dei due bagni era fredda, e non siamo riusciti in nessun modo a farla scaldare. Essendo in cinque, avremmo preferito poter utilizzare i due bagni.
Buen tamaño para cuatro personas, muy bonito decorado, nos encantó la cocina y sus utensilios, la ubicación, las recomendaciones que nos dieron de cosas por hacer y restaurantes. Estaba todo limpio y ordenado, ambiente súper agradable.
Las almohadas eran un poco duras. Hace falta ganchos o algo para guindar los paños en el baño principal (el que es más pequeño), falta basurero en la cocina. Las toallas podrían ser más suaves.
